This hotel is an excellent choice for a peaceful stay while still being conveniently close (about a 10-minute walk) to Lijiang Ancient Town. The rooms are clean, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend consulting their travel experts, Ms. Ye and Ms. Yang (叶女士和杨女士), for local tours and sightseeing arrangements—they provided exceptional service! They organized a fantastic day trip for me to Shangri-La, including a stop at the breathtaking Tiger Leaping Gorge. One of the highlights was enjoying an authentic Tibetan-style lunch in a nearby village, making the trip truly unforgettable. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lijiang!

This is a cozy and well-located homestay near two ancient towns — Lijiang Ancient City and Shuhe Ancient City. They offer convenient one-way transport to both, as well as pick-up service from the airport and train station, which is a great bonus. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful lake views. The homestay is also equipped with a lift, making it especially convenient for guests with mobility needs. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay!

Price was cheap, location is closed to the ancient town but if you are coming in Didi, they cant stop in front of the hotel. Breakfast served with the usual Chinese breakfast also some toast. Generally the hotel room is huge and lovely. The only pull back is the staff who is sitting near the reception always looks very unfriendly and unapproachable. They said the room we book include free tea service but they did not offer it.

It's a calm and quiet hotel, the rooms and linens are clean. The room was on the road side but the noise wasn't an issue, the curtains were thick and light-blocking so I wasn't woken up by the morning sun, it was a comfortable hotel, thank you.

This hotel was quite good with a fantastic view of 玉龙雪山 (Yulong Xueshan). The hotel was clean, the breakfast very tasty and the staff kind. The only issue we had with the hotel was the lack of enforcement of the no smoking rules. On our level, there were no smoking signs, and yet people would smoke in the hallways and it would flood into our room and make it difficult to breathe, especially as an asthmatic.

Come for the view, stay for the superior customer service! Nazhu Sky Courtyard Designer Snow Mountain View Homestay was nothing short of exceptional! The staff and owner are so kind and do everything to make sure all of your needs are met! This is the icing on the cake because the view of Yulong Snow Mountain is incredible! Relax, sunbathe and enjoy some coffee or tea on the terrace! Indulge in immersive experiences in and around the Homestay! There’s so much to do! Take a quick walk to Black Dragon Pool (Heilongtan Park) and learn about the culture within the city! Enjoy a cup or two of ******* Butter Tea and take time to talk to the staff…they are genuine and lovely people! I highly recommend this Homestay experience! Just know, there is no elevator BUT it’s totally worth it!! One more thing! The bed is incredible! Immaculate 5 ⭐ service provided by front desk staff, *Lucy*, during our stay from 5-7 Dec 2024. Her demeanour, reply to enquiries and quick problem solving responses were all on point, definitely a great asset to Hilton organization. Rooms are clean and facilities are sufficient. Overall a pleasant experience. As a seasoned traveller, will recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel with AI operated rooms. However, you must speak to it in Mandarin. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. They have washer and dryer for use with no extra cost. We stayed here twice and realised that welcome gift was not consistent. We got it only during our first stay. Our main issue, however, was the strong cigarette smell, even on non-smoking floors and rooms. The first time, the odor was overwhelming, forcing us to request a room change. We also refrained from turning on the heater during both stays, as the smoke would enter through the ventilation system. Despite this, the room itself was stylish, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it an overall positive experience.

I stay at the hotel with elegant double room, the room is very spacious and clean , inside the room have balcony. the hotel is near kunming railways ,if we ride didi arround 9-10 yuan. Very convenient.. if you type like quite this hotel is the right choise . helpful staff , i told the staff my flight was night , the staff give me extend two hour from checkout time. Highly recommended!! thank you and will come back again for sure ..

The hotel is located right beside old town, it is easy to access, many food vendors and restaurants to choose with walking distance.Zhong Yi market also nearby if you are foodies. They dont have elevator in house, if you carry a big luggage, it is quite hard to lift to the room. But don’t worry, they will help you carry to your room. You can experience their simple breakfast . They will give you any suggestion or information about the old town if you have any uncertainty.
