We had a wonderful 2-night stay here. The room was very clean and well-prepared, with all the necessary amenities provided. We were especially impressed by the service – the staff took great care of us throughout our stay. Since we had to leave early in the mornings to go up the mountain and couldn’t have breakfast, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger and nicer room. That thoughtful gesture really made our stay special. Great value for the price – highly recommended!

This place is definitely the best option for you! The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. They’ll assist you in planning your trip and even help with booking tickets. Not only do they serve breakfast, but Laoban also prepares lunch and dinner for guests—and after each meal, you’re offered tea or coffee. he does this because he genuinely wants to see his guests happy and to have good memories. The atmosphere is very friendly, making it easy to meet new people from all over the world. They even take guests to nice bars at night! The price is very affordable, and the rooms are clean and fully equipped with everything you need. If you ever have a problem, Laoban will be there to help, anytime. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I stayed here for two nights. It’s a small guesthouse located in the old town area. Large vehicles cannot access the alley, so if you have luggage, I recommend using a trolley. There’s a baggage service at the entrance for about 20 yuan. Most of the staff here speak only Chinese and don’t understand English, so if you’re a foreigner, I recommend downloading a translation app in advance. However, they are very kind, providing warm service and always willing to help with everything, from booking tours and recommending restaurants to suggesting places to visit. Even on the way back, they helped call a car for us. The entrance to the guesthouse may seem small, but it extends deep inside with multiple rooms, ready to accommodate travelers. It’s located in the old town area, where you can walk around and explore almost 24/7. Highly recommend to stay here if you come Lijiang. ♡♡♡

The host is very friendly and welcoming. She gave us recommendations on attractions and restaurants. She invited us to join go shopping in zhongyi market upon arrival and also offered us some food and tea in the next afternoon. However, we were about to leave for the 3.5 hours evening train, so the host offered to pack them in the plastic bags for us. The food really saved us because our train to Kunming was delayed to over 5 hours due to earthquake in Dali. The room is big and clean. Hot water works well. The whole guesthouse has an ancient style, which give us a sense of being in the Lijiang Old Town. The guesthouse also has two super adorable cats and some fish in the garden. Overall, I really like the environment, especially the peaceful vibe. The location of the hotel is a few minutes walk from the road (the whole ancient town does not allowed car or shared bike to get in). The guesthouse is located at the end of the small alley making it very peaceful. There also many restaurants nearby, especially, breakfast.

The B&B is very beautiful, surrounded by flowers. The boss is very enthusiastic. You can take a taxi from the high-speed rail station to the entrance of Xiangzi Convenience Store to contact the boss. The boss will also use a cart to help pull the luggage. If you have any problems, tell the boss that he can solve them in time. The B&B is also very clean. There is an auntie cleaning the room every day. Disposable towels, toothbrushes and mineral water are replenished every day. You can also watch the stars on the balcony of the attic on the second floor at night, which is very comfortable. The B&B is very close to Zhongyi Market, which is convenient for eating supper at night. The B&B also has a very cute dog. We have been playing outside and don’t have many opportunities to pet the dog. The dog is well taken care of and has a very docile personality. Sisters who like to pet dogs can choose this B&B

Overall, the stay was decent—the location is highly strategic, situated right in front of the entrance to Lijiang Old Town, and the place itself was clean and well-maintained. However, we encountered a significant issue with the check-out time. Trip.com listed the check-out time as 2:00 p.m., but the homestay owner informed us it was actually 12:00 p.m. and mentioned that Trip.com had been notified about this discrepancy a long time ago. He also noted that the Chinese version of the listing has already been updated. Unfortunately, this caused serious disruption to our travel plans, as we had to check out two hours earlier than expected and were left without a clear plan for the remaining time. It's frustrating that this incorrect information is still shown on the platform, and we hope it gets corrected soon to prevent further inconvenience to future guests.

This hotel is located at the middle of Lijiang old town, so it is convenient to access to the street shopping. It is a small size hotel with total 14 rooms and combination of antiquity and modern style. The staff was very hospitality and introduce us nice restaurants and tip of traveling at snow mountain. We had asking for change another room due to the room we get is facing right front of the main entrance that we feeling not so good. But the staff 唐皓 had directly change us another room without hesitate. Room was very clean and comfortable which is same as photo I saw in app. The only downside is toilet don't have door which for couple shouldnt be any issue but for family member will be quite inconvenient. Breakfast is Ala cart, fresh and hot serving. I like the noodle soup very much. Breakfast is repeat for my 2 days stay if can do some change will be extra bonus. I recommend this hotel to everyone who like to explore old town deeply and longing for having a cup of wine with old town view. This hotel have a very very nice balcony. But for family with aged parent and children I not recommend because the location is at the middle of long and steep staircase. Is not easy to climb up and down at this high altitude city.

It’s a small cosy bed and breakfast with the cutest and most attentive hosts. I was upgraded to a bigger room with a window and two floors. Heated blanket is provided but I didn’t have to use it as the room was already toasty warm just with the heater. The toilet has a bidet, just the perfect addition. The host is extremely attentive and helpful, always asking if I need any tea or snacks whenever they see me. I also got help from the hotel in securing my day tour at jade dragon snow mountain. The host also packed some food for my mountain day trip, and when I came back, offered some ginger tea and snacks. I was so touched as I was completely exhausted and extremely hungry! Everyone at the hotel was so nice and attentive it made for a very comfortable stay. Oh yes, and don’t have to worry if you don’t know much Chinese as they are able to speak English as well! The location is very convenient, right next to Mu’s mansion. So even if i just wonder around or if my phone map doesn’t work, i just followed directions to mu’s mansion and found the hotel very easily. Overall I was very happy with my stay here. Thank you!!

Read a lot of reviews before booking this hotel and I am definitely convinced this is a 5 stars for location, amenities and service! Hotel is within Lijiang ancient town means it’s very convenient to food and shopping area and it’s near the carpark means it’s accessible by car even though it’s in the old town. Room is huge and is smart controlled, comes with Marshall speaker and Dyson hairdryer and also a humidifier. Bed is very comfortable. Hotel is beautifully renovated with many instagrammable corners. Breakfast has the Yunnan delicacy rice noodles and buffet, good night sweet soup is nice too. A pity I missed all 3 days of the afternoon tea break which looks good, as I was out most of the afternoon. Best part is the service of the staff, everyone is so friendly, helpful especially our butler / manager Ah Hua, he guided us how to tour around Lijiang ancient town and give us advice on what to try or avoid, which is definitely very helpful for first time visitors like us. We really feel like home at La Maison and will definitely stay here next time and recommend to others!

The hotel is conveniently located at the end of the walking street, nearer to Intercontinental Hotel and Hotel Indigo. The owner 十二少 is a very friendly and honest guy who warmly welcomed us to his stay. The hotel was equipped with washing machine and Kohler brand of sanitary fittings. All of good quality. He is also attentive to the needs of his guests especially when we have early day trips and he will pack breakfast for us. Overall it is highly recommended to book this hotel. This property has other branches located within the walking street and the name starts Yunxi on Trip.com.
