This Atour Hotel is located in the bustling city center, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. There's a backyard parking lot, and some rooms face the snow-capped mountains, offering excellent views. Even the standard king rooms are spacious, equipped with a small table, a bench, and shelves, which are convenient for placing luggage. The TV screen is large; the bathroom, shower, and sink areas are also generously sized. The shower pressure is good, and the toiletries are of decent quality, and the toilet is clean. The room's color scheme is soft, making the overall feel very comfortable! The breakfast offers a rich variety, and everything tastes great. There's also a self-service laundry room, and importantly, they provide ample laundry detergent and bags, which is super convenient! The front desk staff are friendly and have warm smiles! I genuinely recommend this place to everyone! However, the security guard's service could use some further training. A large, neatly packed bag of fruit that I forgot in the parking lot was directly thrown into the trash bin – boo hoo.

I stayed at the Ji Hotel (South Gate Branch) for 5 days with my parents, and it was a wonderful experience. 1. First, the location: The hotel is just 3 minutes from the ancient city. This means we were far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city but still incredibly convenient for visiting. Plus, we completely avoided the hassle of dragging luggage over the cobblestone streets of the ancient city. 2. Next, the hotel facilities: It truly lives up to its billing as a Ji Hotel 5.0. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a subtle fragrance of tea, which made coming back after a day out feel incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, and all the facilities were brand new. Although there wasn't a traditional wardrobe, they designed a circular clothes rack that was very convenient for hanging clothes. 3. Finally, I have to highlight the staff: The young ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were all incredibly genuine and enthusiastic. On our first day, seeing that I was with two seniors in their 70s, they immediately arranged for our room to be cleaned urgently so my parents could rest earlier. Over the following days, whether it was about transportation or dining, all our inquiries were met with enthusiastic replies and assistance. I really have to give them a big thumbs up. I will definitely be back!

The hotel is quite new and located near the old city centre. It is a good 3 star hotel with a tasty breakfast. The staff is very nice and very cool: You can wash your clothes (and dry) for free! There is a laundry room! The first room wasn't very clean, so we changed. Generally, it's clean enough, and because the hotel is new enough, I can recommend it here. There is a new JI hotel a bit further away, if you want it more clean

The hotel is in a great location, a little over one kilometer away from Lijiang Ancient Town. The rooms are clean and tidy, the waiters are warm, thoughtful and of high quality, and the lady even gave us breakfast for the day when we checked in.

I booked the family room, and I loved the layout – it was clean, bright, and airy. The mini-fridge in the room was stocked with plenty of bottled water, more than enough for our stay. The lobby on the first floor has a ball pit and slide for kids to play in, and the laundry facilities (washers and dryers) are convenient. It's a standalone hotel, surrounded by many other hotels, and the breakfast was good. The front desk staff were really friendly and even gave us complimentary fruit and flower cakes upon check-in. The location is in a newly developed area, so food delivery can take a bit longer, but overall, it was a great experience.
