The front desk staff was super enthusiastic and greeted me with a smile, which made me happy physically and mentally. My room is in a superior location with a wide view. I can see the beautiful scenery outside the window and the snow-capped mountains. It is a visual feast! The bed is super soft and comfortable, which makes me have a good night's sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready to welcome a new day! The hotel's breakfast is also a highlight, with a wide variety and balanced nutrition. Every bite is full of happiness! Especially the freshly ground coffee, the aroma makes me energetic all day long! In the afternoon, I went to their restaurant to have afternoon tea and look at the beautiful scenery outside the window. It was really leisurely and relaxing. I really want to stay here for a long time. In general, this stay experience is very good, and every detail reflects the hotel's care and professionalism! I will definitely strongly recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to coming again next time! Finally, I would like to thank the hotel staff Fang Jing and Ren Youqin for their enthusiasm and care. They introduced us to the places to visit in Lijiang, helped us book snow mountain tickets, and reminded us of the precautions for playing. Thank you for your hard work, you are awesome!

The room was far smaller than expected with a very petite though functional bathroom (without any natural light). The two single beds were small and difficult to sleep in. The air conditioning was old and quite poor. It was difficult to bring the temperature down at night. There was one tiny wardrobe that could not hold much clothing at all. There was no tea, coffee or other benefits of an alleged 5 star hotel. The following day, the cleaners (who were fantastic and very nice) brought us a few biscuits and a plate with a few fruit items on it. Two bottles of water were provided each day. The breakfast had a good selection of possible dishes though the staff did not refill regularly so many items became unavailable during breakfast. The dishes were very Chinese orientated, which was not a problem given that we were the only foreigners in the hotel. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and supportive.

The location is convenient and reception is good too. Room is reasonable comfortable but the water pressure is a bit low hence need longer time for shower. Breakfast spread is not as sumptuous and they do not provide fork and knife on table but must request for it. Western food quality is not as good and only got one coffee machine. Too much local food in my opinion. Generally it's still a good choice but need improvement.

The hotel is next to Lijiang Old Town, within a 10-minute walk. It receives tour groups from all over the country and also holds some meetings. Our individual travelers had a good experience staying here. The hotel will send a car to pick them up at the airport and station, and can also provide tour charter tickets. The standard room environment is OK and relatively clean. The bathroom also has a dry and wet separation. Outside the window is a garden courtyard of the hotel, which is quite unique. There is not much noise at night. Occasionally, other guests in the corridor talk loudly, and the soundproofing is not good. The service staff are very good. The overall feeling is good

The hotel is close to the ancient town of Suhe, the environment is great, the room is quiet, the breakfast is rich, and you can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain outside the restaurant. Most importantly, from the lobby manager to the cleaning lady, everyone is very warm and polite. It was very comfortable to stay here during the Spring Festival.

A very satisfying experience. From before check-in to the end, the housekeeper communicated very carefully throughout the whole process. If you encounter any problems, just contact the housekeeper and it's done. A friend who was traveling with me had a fever due to altitude sickness. The housekeeper provided a thermometer and the nearest clinic nearby. The B&B is in the ancient town but it is very quiet and suitable for rest. The room is no different from the picture, and it is even bigger than the picture. It is super warm with floor heating and air conditioning. The other staff of the B&B are also very enthusiastic and will invite you to drink tea, chat and play billiards. There are also two Alaskans, which are very cute.

Indigo Lijiang Hotel is located just outside the ancient city, offering both convenience and safety for exploring the area. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly restaurant staff, notably Mike, whose constant smile, helpfulness, and politeness stood out. Special thanks to Cindy, who truly enhanced our stay. She attended to us at check-in and she helped to arrange tickets to the snow mountain and assisted with restaurant reservations. We accidentally left something in our room, Cindy promptly informed us and arranged to send the item to our next hotel. We truly appreciate your kindness, sincerity and warmth, Cindy! Location is best, right next to the Ancient town. Room is very spacious and breakfast was best, had a variety of options and most importantly delicious. Worth for staying. The hotel is very big so you need to take a golf car to your room. Walking will be little tired. Hotel is a bit old but still it’s very clean.

Love the location of hotel which is surrounded by many shops, big supermarket and eateries. In front of hotel is an underground mall and food street linking to ancient city and Big Waterwheel. Hotel lobby is spacious. Room is comfortable and breakfast is good too. Staff are helpful and especially good service by Ms Luo. We are happy with our 3 nights stay at Atour Dashuiche.
