The hot water was consistent, and we loved the high-quality toiletries — the shampoo, body wash, and lotion all smelled great and felt luxurious. The service here was beyond impressive. From the moment we arrived, staff helped carry our luggage through the Old Town to the hotel. We were offered thoughtful touches throughout our stay — delicious afternoon tea, fresh fruit, sweet soup at night, a hearty breakfast, and even laundry service that washed and dried our clothes in just 3 hours! We were truly amazed. All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, always going the extra mile. They greeted us warmly every day, quickly assisted with our room heating, and gave us genuine advice on what to buy locally.
