I can't explain how much the guy at the reception helped us like for booking jade dragon show, bus information for tiger leaping gorge and many other things. Hotel is right in old town with various food places around. This hotel also has very famous hot pot restaurant which was always busy. It is around less than 10 minutes walk to come outside old town to catch taxi to various places. There are many shops around for convenience. It was a very good choice. We loved staying here. And yeah the most famous lijiang old street with water canal is right behind this hotel for amazing photo opportunities.

The room was far smaller than expected with a very petite though functional bathroom (without any natural light). The two single beds were small and difficult to sleep in. The air conditioning was old and quite poor. It was difficult to bring the temperature down at night. There was one tiny wardrobe that could not hold much clothing at all. There was no tea, coffee or other benefits of an alleged 5 star hotel. The following day, the cleaners (who were fantastic and very nice) brought us a few biscuits and a plate with a few fruit items on it. Two bottles of water were provided each day. The breakfast had a good selection of possible dishes though the staff did not refill regularly so many items became unavailable during breakfast. The dishes were very Chinese orientated, which was not a problem given that we were the only foreigners in the hotel. The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and supportive.

Immaculate 5 ⭐ service provided by front desk staff, *Lucy*, during our stay from 5-7 Dec 2024. Her demeanour, reply to enquiries and quick problem solving responses were all on point, definitely a great asset to Hilton organization. Rooms are clean and facilities are sufficient. Overall a pleasant experience. As a seasoned traveller, will recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at Lijiang International Hotel on our first evening at Lijiang. The hotel and room cleanliness is abive our expectation. Breakfast was good and complete with lots of choices to kick start your day. Its a very close 10min walk to Old Town. We had a pleasant stay and will definately recommend our friends while visiting Lijiang.

The hotel is close to the ancient town of Suhe, the environment is great, the room is quiet, the breakfast is rich, and you can see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain outside the restaurant. Most importantly, from the lobby manager to the cleaning lady, everyone is very warm and polite. It was very comfortable to stay here during the Spring Festival.

This is the best inn I have ever stayed in Yunnan! First of all, the hotel facilities are really good! In winter, Yunnan must have floor heating and smart toilets, hahaha. I stayed in Dali because the room was too big and I had to rely on warm baby to keep warm after turning on the air conditioner all night. And it was really happy to have a smart toilet in winter! Guanxin's room was just very warm, the floor heating was sufficient, the slippers were warm in the morning, and the hot water for washing was also very fast. And there was even KTV, billiard table, and mahjong table! All free! In short, the facilities are very good and the experience is very good. Then there is the service. Before checking in, the housekeeper will contact you to pick you up. The boss will really drive a tricycle to help you take your luggage, hahaha. There is Tremella soup in the evening and breakfast in the morning. It is easy to have poor resistance to altitude sickness when coming to Lijiang. The light and clean food of the inn is very suitable! The TV in our room had no signal, and someone came to connect very quickly. When we left on the last day, the boss also helped us arrange a drop-off at the airport! Beautiful and kind! Super recommended, haha, it is the degree of coming back to stay later.

Excellent place! We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Hotel Indigo during our holiday. Our rooms were tastefully designed with impecable landscaping within the compound. It's quiet within the hotel, and yet has the convenient access to plenty of food and shopping options a few steps away. Staff were most helpful. I would like to commend staff 王伟。Due to some mistake by booking agent, hotel had only one 2-bed rooms whilst we have confirmed booking for 2 such rooms. 王伟promptly upgraded us to a King bed suite with added bed. He also promptly helped us to book tickets to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain ropewalk tickets, etc, communicating via WeChat. We definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore Lijiang Ancient City since it’s nestled right inside of it with a gated entrance leading to the city itself. The staff are all incredibly accommodating and offered to drive us anywhere we wanted to go to on the property no matter where we were, and even helped drive and carry our luggage to our rooms. The breakfast had a very vast selection, with some favorites being the small pot rice noodles (小锅米线) and the congee. The rooms were clean and spacious, while the beds were very comfortable as well.

The room was spacious, but the advertised mountain view was mostly a street view, which was disappointing, especially since we paid extra for it. The location is convenient, being close to the old town, but the street noise was a downside—earplugs were even provided. If the app would allow me to upload a video, it would be a shock to how loud the noise was even at level 9 (the highest level at the hotel). There's only one lift, so going up and down during peak hours will be a nightmare. Additionally, the hotel could use better maintenance.

Awesome place - came in clutch when my previous accommodation was so bad I had to move. Allowed my sister and I to check in early and offered us breakfast. We had a sliver of the snow mountain from our room. Slightly blocked by the building in front of us.
