For me, personally, this hotel is an excellent choice. It's a resort that seamlessly blends modern luxury with Lijiang's traditional Naxi culture, boasting a unique natural environment and comprehensive hotel amenities. With comfortable rooms, exquisite dining, a serene and pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service, Hyatt Regency Lijiang is undoubtedly an ideal choice for visitors who want to enjoy magnificent natural scenery and who prefer Shuhe and Baisha ancient towns. 🌿 **Location & Environment:** I absolutely love the hotel's location. I'm not a fan of the overly commercialized Old Town of Lijiang (Dayan) and much prefer ancient towns like Shuhe and Baisha. This hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Lijiang's Old Town and probably a 10-minute walk to Shuhe Ancient Town. Because it's further from the city center, it's very tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Old Town. Moreover, the hotel's environment is beautiful, like a small park with lush greenery, and the grounds are so extensive you can enjoy a nice stroll within. The architectural layout is very distinctive, with small bridges and flowing water, quite ancient and charming. During the day and evening, you can even gaze at the magnificent Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the hotel; especially in the mornings and evenings in Lijiang, the air is fresh and the atmosphere is peaceful, making it a perfect hotel for a relaxing getaway. 🏨 **Room Facilities:** I stayed in a lake-view room which had a small balcony and a large, transparent sliding glass door, allowing me to fully enjoy the beautiful views of the hotel's artificial lake from my room. The room was well-equipped, with a fresh and natural overall design, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. In this peaceful environment, I could even sleep soundly watching the stars without drawing the curtains. 🍽️ **Dining Service:** The dining experience was outstanding. Although I only had breakfast at the hotel's all-day dining restaurant, it truly deserves praise. The variety was extensive, the ingredients fresh, and it offered a wide array of cuisines from Chinese to Western, catering to the tastes of different guests. Besides the great ambiance, the restaurant's location is also excellent; you can enjoy stunning views of the snow mountain while dining first thing in the morning [heart emoji]. 🙋‍♂️ **Hotel Service:** The hotel's service quality is first-rate. The staff are warm and meticulous. Room service is impeccable; a quick call to the front desk and they arrange it immediately. Jennifer, who handled my check-in, was very welcoming and you can confidently ask her for any travel advice or questions about Lijiang, including booking vehicles. All hotel staff went out of their way to provide travel suggestions and assistance, making every moment of my stay comfortable and reassuring.
