It’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

The service is not very good. I stayed for three days, but only two bottles of free water were provided on the first day. After that, they were not replenished when the room was cleaned. I called to ask for more, but they didn't give me any. Although I know that it is possible to buy it, is the standard of two bottles per day to be met?
