1、衞生間有異味，晚上睡覺得關門。2、深夜老闆和客人大聲説話，影響休息，隔音差。3、老闆脾氣一般，有問題找他問，總是不耐煩的語氣。

臨汾是我很喜歡的地方，乾淨整潔。新鑽石主題賓館老闆很熱情，房間很大且服務設施好，遠超出了我的心理預期。地段就在南大街和秦蜀路交口，周邊是臨汾特色的牛肉丸子麪和混炒，鼓樓夜景漂亮的不要不要滴，推薦大家去臨汾旅行是住他家。

賓館環境雖不如商務酒店，但是這個價格能入住這個賓館，算是物超所值了，關鍵是距離考試點非常非常近，衞生還很乾凈，環境清凈。
