"The hotel service was very poor, they weren't very friendly to us when we checked in and weren't very helpful as well. The room itself is big, but the carpets were still quite dirty when we arrived. The worst was the bathroom, few stains in the shower area and didn't feel very clean. The towels even had some holes in them. The location is good, very central."

Many sightseeing activities in Shanxi province can make you sweat, so this hotel's free laundry facilities are a key feature. Everything is so clean and modern here! Breakfast was wonderful! "For a hotel during peak summer travel season, I was incredibly lucky to find such a great hotel for just over 100 yuan! I have to give it a thumbs up! ❤️❤️❤️ There's a big shopping mall nearby, making dining convenient, and the hotel is in the city center, so getting around is easy. ❤️ The cleanliness was also excellent. Highly recommended! I didn't take any pictures of the room, but I'll upload some photos from my outings. Linfen is truly a wonderful city! I'll definitely come back next time!"

"The location is convenient, very close to the high-speed rail station, and it's also easy to get on the highway to Hukou Waterfall if you're driving. The room was clean, breakfast was excellent, and the service was warm and welcoming. Parking was also convenient. They even extended my check-out time due to my high-speed rail schedule. I stayed for two nights, and it's definitely worth recommending! I forgot to take pictures of the hotel though!"

"We stayed at the hotel for three consecutive nights. We originally booked two nights, but later added one more night so we wouldn't have to move rooms. The hotel upgraded our room for free, which was very thoughtful. There were four of us elderly people, and we were leaving around 3 PM to catch our train, but the hotel extended our check-out time to 2 PM, which was very considerate. The hotel is very close to Gulou Street and Shenglong International Plaza, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. It was a very satisfying experience."

"The family room was much bigger than I expected, completely different from other hotels where they just cram two beds into one room. It felt like it used to be a suite that was converted, with two connecting rooms each having a large bed. This is perfect for families traveling with older children, as everyone gets their own space. Both rooms were very spacious, the overall decor felt quite high-end, and the cleanliness was also good. What was particularly thoughtful was that all the duvets were summer quilts – I've put up with thick duvets in other hotels for so long, so it's very considerate that this hotel thought of that. The only slight downside was that the room was at the very end of the hallway, and the hotel's layout is a bit odd; it takes a while to walk from the elevator, and dragging luggage along that path was a bit difficult. A nice touch, though, was that the hallway featured many small display cases showcasing Linfen's local culture, history, and intangible cultural heritage. This was great and made the long walk down the corridor less boring. The mini-bar in the room offered complimentary drinks, and breakfast was decent – enough to fill you up, and the local beef meatball noodles were good. Parking was convenient with an underground garage right next door. They also have a gym and a laundry room, so the facilities are good, and you can even order coffee on the first floor. The only minor issue was that the floor drain in the bathroom seemed to have a bit of an odor when we first entered, but flushing water down it fixed it right up. Hopefully, they can address that."
