A good experience, the room environment is good and the facilities are new. When we arrived at the store, the room had not been cleaned yet. Very near to train station, and some 20mins distance to some tourist spots. The receptionist is very good to change our room due to AC is down on a previous night. Before checking out this morning, I called the front desk to confirm that there were still available rooms. They told me to go downstairs to the front desk to extend my stay. When I got there, a man who seemed to be the manager came over and said they were fully booked. I told them I had just called to confirm that someone was available for me to come down, and that any other room type would be fine. The man said they were sold out. I then went back upstairs to pack my suitcase and went downstairs to wait for the bus. While I was waiting in the lobby, the front desk clerk answered the phone and asked if there were any rooms available. They said there was one on the 5th floor that they could help me change to...
