"My main purpose for this trip to Linhai was to visit Xin Rong Ji, so I looked for hotels close to it. Initially, I considered a few B&Bs, but ultimately decided on a star-rated hotel. After staying for two nights, I realized it was a very wise decision. First, the hotel's location is excellent, not only close to Xin Rong Ji but also to the train station. My room was on the 26th floor with a great view and over 50 square meters of space. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub, and the toilet was fully smart, automatically opening when approached and closing after a certain time (though I'd recommend unplugging it or closing the door at night, as it sometimes opens inexplicably). The bed was quite comfortable, the TV was huge, and the room's layout was very well-designed. Both layers of curtains were fully automated and very convenient to use. We received a fruit plate when we returned to the room in the evening. The staff were all very enthusiastic and greeted us proactively, even offering thoughtful reminders to bring an umbrella if the weather was bad. We opted for the hotel's breakfast one morning; it was rather average, with limited variety and a mediocre taste. However, for a four-star hotel, the overall experience was very good. The hotel has a gym and a self-service laundry room, but no swimming pool."

"The room is equipped with free bottled water, drinks, ear-mounted coffee, and tea bags, which can be taken on demand. The windows are large and have good lighting. It may be that the window of the special room and the corner room can see each other, but the privacy is not good. The mattress is medium firm and comes with earplugs and eye masks. I am particularly satisfied with the bathroom. The sliding door of the shower room will not be stuck by the foot towels, and water will not leak out and wet the floor. Free parking."

"They sent me the location in advance, and someone was there to pick me up when I arrived. Check-in was very quick, and someone helped me with my luggage. The breakfast was exquisite. Every little detail showed how much care the owners put into the place. The front is a bookstore, and the back is the accommodation. You step right out onto the old street, which is both quiet and convenient. The ancient city wall is beautiful."

"The room was spacious, especially the ensuite bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a rich selection of Taizhou specialties. There's really no need to follow the trending online food posts; they don't really reflect the experience. It's best to just have breakfast at a local hotel. My two-night stay was very comfortable. The only problem was the pool, which was probably closed to the public, wasn't very pleasant. There were a lot of children learning to swim, and the pool itself was small, so it felt a bit crowded."

Overall Comfort: The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a good night's sleep. Service: The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, check-in was efficient, and they responded quickly to any requests. "Before going to Linhai, I hesitated for a long time whether to stay in a homestay or a hotel. Finally, I proved that it was very correct to choose Kaiyuan Mingting Hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming. There was free fruit to the room every day. The lobby bar had free coffee (one cup per day). The room was large and clean. The view outside the window was superb. Hotel location is very good, 10 minutes walk to Ziyang Street, 15 minutes walk to Renmin Road Seafood Street, free parking next to the hotel, very convenient, very good hotel is recommended. (I didn't take the photo of the room interior, basically no difference from the pictures on the booking website)"
