Brilliant hotel with a villa feel as rooms are on split levels with terraces to sit on outside. There is a great view out to the rest of the town, castle and sea. Good selection at breakfast. It was very good value as well. Very quiet location yet not too far from town.

Quando arrivi qui non senti subito questa Anima antica ..riaffiora piano piano fra gli oggetti accurati scelti con una cura precisa dal bisnonno pittore..fra la cura degli ospiti da parte di Gabriele e della affidabile collaboratrice.le stanze sono eleganti..pulite con qualche "pezzo "di famiglia "anche se a volte rotto... soprattutto se di ceramica vecchia.Ho ritrovato le cornici a "guantiera"tipiche siciliane..sembrano vassoi..(guantiere in siculo). Colazione ottima fra biscotti confezionati a casa...e marmellate di agrumi artigianali..frutta ..fichi di un albero della casa.E'un albergo che si compone durante stanze posizioni su piani diversi di una grande casa credo dell'800..eoliana.Il proprietario Gabriele è un ragazzo squisito..occhi chiari un po' pirateschi ..forse svizzeri o normanni..discreto presente..Ci tornerò..con amici che a differenza di me non riconoscono l'anima delle isole. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti a Villa Diana e le nostre aspettative sono rimaste un pò deluse. La villa si trova in una posizione splendida, con vista su Lipari e il personale si è mostrato molto gentile e disponibile; ci hanno presi e riaccompagnati al porto. Purtroppo la nostra camera emanava un forte odore di umidità, con parecchi insetti e bagno decisamente da rivedere. Ottima la pulizia giornaliera della camera e la colazione. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa Villa per 5 notti. Sin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità dal personale. Una vera Villa siciliana gestita da tre fratelli con l’aiuto del loro simpaticissimo papà. Stanze ampie e pulite, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare di Lipari. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Posto tranquilla con una posizione strategica, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro del paese. Torneremo sicuramente.

Curato nel minimo dettaglio, le foto non rendono la bellezza della veranda dalla quale ammirare un panorama mozzafiato, tutto perfetto stanze pulitissime grandi ed accoglienti, personale gentile e pronto per ogni esigenza, colazione dolce e salata perfetta alla quale non mancava nulla per qualsiasi voglia, tornerò sicuramente alle bellissime Eolie e tornerò sicuramente in questo albergo stellare che sembra assurdo ma ha solo tre stelle….

Très bel endroit avec superbe vue sur la ville, grande terrasse devant la chambre avec transat, table et chaises, propreté impeccable, salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais très propre et fonctionnelle.
