We (2+2) stayed there in the beginning of Oct 2013. There was only one other room occupied and the weather was cool but the pool was kept in order and we used it. It is a few minutes walk from the centre but not too close for a walk with suitcases. The owner will pick you up on your arrival, keep his phone number handy. Other apartment owners will try to steel you when you get off the aliscafo so he is sure to be there. The rooms are made in good taste, breakfast was OK and the service quite good. We had a mosquito problem when we came so they gave us a repellent. better bring some. For short, it was a comfortable place for rest and as a base for exploring the nearby ilands.

Amazing place. Right in the heart of Lipari. Staff is so friendly. Perfectly clean & modern bathrooms. Great view. Ideal for a romantic stay. Reception gave us all the tips for the best local food. I finally got to finish my summer books and relax by the pool

Basic hotel. We were lucky to get a large room. So basic, that there were no tissues, no shampoo, no extra blanket. The only reason this hotel is worth its 4 star rating is Sara. She's so nice and helpful, truly caring and would do anything to make our stay and our Lipari experience the best she can. Thank you, Sara!

We stayed in Hotel Villa Cute and the experience was great. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. More importantly, our experience was even better thanks to the helpfulness and friendliness of Sara. She helped us with booking tours, restaurants, ferries and overall made our stay great!

Hotel is 10 min slightly uphill walk from Lipari town centre. If this doesn't present a problem for you, then it's great. Family owned, stunning building recently renovated. Nice breakfast on a sunny terrace. Great pool area with outside showers and canopy area, chaise longues etc. Room and bathroom clean and well appointed. Peaceful at night (probably more so than in the centre of Lipari).

Service was excellent, the hotel staff was very friendly and professional at the same time. Whatever we needed they tried to make our stay pleasant.They gave us assistance booking the trip for Stromboli and Vulcano, that was an amazing experience! Our room was comfortable, clean with a very nice view of the town and the castle. In the morning we had breakfast in the terrace with a great choice of delicious foods. The location is quite and we enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool. Great place, we would reccomend it!

I had planned to go to Villa De Pasquale in September 2009 so I called and inquired about price and cancellation policy. As I was given a good price I went ahead with reservation. They said they needed a down payment of 300 euros which would be returned if cancelled seven days prior to arrival. So I OK'd down payment by credit card. After a couple of weeks my husband was informed he wouldn’t have any days off so I called to cancel my reservation and to have a refund as stated. Much to my dismay I was told that they would keep ten percent of the sum as they had issued an invoice and they had to keep the money to cover for VAT. Why hadn't I been told before? I wouldn't have chosen this place had I been informed! This is not a total refund as stated, this is a refund minus 10% which to me is not exactly the same thing! I felt ripped off and cheated, so should you decide to go, be warned and check carefully before you make any payment. As for me, I wont' be going to Villa De Pasquale anytime soon!

We stayed for 3 nights in this fantastic hotel, what can I say.. everything was perfect! Hospitality, kindness, courtesy and attention to the customer of a superior level. You really see the passion, dedication and love in the work. In detail, the hotel is practically in the center, but with the right distance from the chaos of the nightlife. Spacious and very clean rooms. Shuttle service from/to port. Agreements with various beaches and for excursions. Equipped with a swimming pool to relax with a drink. We will definitely be back.
