This hotel was the perfect location for our short, but so enjoyable visit to Lipari. It was a short walk to the Main Street and waterfront. The breakfast was perfect and we had an excellent room. Add to this the very attentive staff. We loved it.

A little green oasis just off the coast road in Lipari town. Pretty gardens around a curved shallow splash pool. Self catering studios available with kitchenettes. No BBQs. Our spacious ground floor terrace studio was steps from the pool & the breakfast / bar area. Staff worked hard to keep everywhere well maintained & clean. Would recommend if coming to Lipari.

A fantastic place to bring your family The residence is maintain in excellent condition with all the amenities pool,ac, internet,parking including landscaping. Located in a walking distance from marina lunga close to the Main Street but away from the super busy shopping and dining district. A definite to visit again

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the scheduled boats and 10 minutes from the center of Lipari. The residence is quiet and the garden is magnificent. The apartment was big. The impeccable bedding and nice having a small terrace overlooking the garden. Good breakfast with fruit, tarts, eggs, cold meats... The welcome was a little "cold" but afterwards the person at reception gave us the information when we needed it.

Structure a stone's throw from the sea and close to the center and the hydrofoil and ferry boarding point, equipped with a large, perfectly maintained garden. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Having to necessarily find a way to improve, the rooms show some signs of aging (but are in any case very comfortable). Excellent breakfast and all the staff were kind and attentive. I will definitely return!

Unfortunately we only stayed one night but I absolutely recommend it, a wonderful, well-kept garden, our apartment overlooking the silent garden, every comfort, parking space inside, the sheets smell of laundry. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast, in short EXCELLENT, we will definitely be back!

Very good value for money and two steps from the ferry terminal along the seafront. Nice garden with swimming pool. Very friendly staff. Very spacious room although, as is not always but often the case in Italy, there are too many stars. The hotel awards itself four. Just look at the shower and the gel sachets instead of bottles or single-use plastic cups to see that it is not a 4*. In fact, the room has a great kitchenette, but no trace of coffee or tea, not even a complimentary bottle of water, and the breakfast is very very poor. For that price you shouldn't ask for more, but four stars should not be awarded. To see photos.
