We had booked a suite. What we didn’t expect was to have a room with a window facing a wall ,no balcony but a dark room, which felt very depressing. It’s on an island, we expected to get more light some sort of doors/ windows that would open up to an even small balcony , it’s not a city hotel.. It was clean spacious with bedroom upstairs. The pool was not operating for the 4 days we stayed and it was like that for 2-3 before we got there.. The breakfast was good but needs some of sort of menu , you don’t know if you can get eggs or cheeses or what ever.its a bit of trial and error. The reception staff were nice and helpful It’s quite central, practically behind theChurch, across from the beach and bus top right in front of Church. Overall Decor is nice. The photos on the web are not a reflection of what the place is , the photos make it look grand ,airy , and Santorini like which is not.

First things first, the photos are absolutely deceiving at this hotel. As per the attached photos - we spent four days looking at a wall less than a metre away, with no light. Not quite what you want in the Islands. The location is Canneto, not Lipari, which means a 30 euro return cab, of a half hour walk any time you want a meal, or to go to town. And while the sunroof is lovely, the 'pool' is maybe 50cm deep. While the hosts are quite nice, and did manage a horrible toilet smell we had for our first day - consider whether you really want no pool, no view, and no light on your room when staying in the islands

Bell'hotel scarso di personale (solo receptionist a orari ridotti) Molto gentile ma costretto a sentire la direzione (poco accomodante) per ogni cosa. Insensibile quando per il rischio di restare bloccati sull'isola a causa del maltempo con mare grosso abbiamo dovuto anticipare la partenza, ha preteso il pagamento della terza notte prenotata dicendo che la partenza era comunque certa, cosa per niente sicura. Colazione limitata e poco varia.

Consiglio vivamente questo piccolo hotel a Lipari. Le stanze luminose, pulite e confortevoli. La colazione viene servita in una piccola terrazza coperta dal mitico Bartolo con croissant freschi,succhi di frutta,caffe e cappuccino. La terrazza con la piscina riscaldata è fantastica per fare gli aperitivi al tranonto.La Settima Luna si trova in un’ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e dal mare. Nel cuore ci rimarra’ sempre la grande ospitalità della proprietaria e dei ragazzi che si alternano sempre pronti a consigliarci in particolare Valerio che è sempre stato molto disponibile anche a consigliare le serate ai nostri adolescenti.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per i 25 anni di matrimonio. Abbiamo preso una junior suite e non ha rispecchiato le aspettative, il divano in condizioni vergognose pieno di macchie e di aloni gialli. Camera con 1 sola finestra vista muro!! Il bagno oltre alle macchie sul pavimento poco curato nei particolari, cestino in metallo tutto arrugginito, luce della specchiera bruciata e richiesto diffusore per il phon e mai pervenuto! La colazione scarsa e da migliorare, nessuna possibilità di scelta dei prodotti bisogna accontentarsi. La sala sporca e con i tavoli in vetro tutti sbeccati e rotti con inoltre i cuscini delle sedie tutti macchiati. La vasca sul terrazzo con il mosaico tutto staccato e ripristinato in malo modo, non entrate con il costume scuro!!! Non vale la spesa sostenuta. Delusione!!
