方圓兩公里內，有鬧市區，晚上出來逛街，距離市區稍微有點遠！室內設施比較簡陋……

設施：老舊，就是出租房
衞生：一般，沖水箱是壞的沖不了水，打電話給老闆説明情況，老闆竟然要我們自己去修，我們表示不會後直接掛掉電話。後面有人過來修理。

環境：旁邊有小區晚上很吵。沒有專屬停車位。
