非常的棒，這個價格真的非常值得，因為晚上的窗户對面的江邊夜景真的非常好看，有大大的投影儀，還有小肚，還有機器人送外賣，前台小姐姐和清潔阿姨，還有工程師叔叔都非常温柔！！！贊贊贊，很用心服務和貼心，前台姐姐每個都漂亮亮，這次的柳州之旅行，酒店是第二讓我開心的事情

房間不乾淨，馬桶也沒有一次性套，不隔音，空太老，聲音大，保潔亂進房間，還丟失了東西。床單，床品不乾淨，住了幾天都不換主動喊換被子床單。投影設備老掉牙，而且畫面模糊不清，畫面比例對。廁所不是乾濕分離，一層樓衹有幾個房間，很吵，早上八點就在樓道嗶嗶邦邦的。樓也是咚咚咚的響的不聽。讓人非常難受。

入住的時候房間在打掃稍微等了幾分鐘，進來看到阿姨剛拖完地讓我們小心地滑，密碼鎖也很讓人安心，出門不用擔心房卡問題。
酒店管家服務貼心，24h有求必應，吃完宵夜旅遊回來給他發消息幫忙洗衣服也回覆很快，第二天就能穿上乾淨衣服很不錯

一開始定這家酒店住網上看到的照片和評價都不錯，而且位置很好就定了，結果到了酒店門口已經非常震驚了，根本就算不上是酒店，就是一個老街上的門面，名字寫着五星街但其實離五星街還有幾百米的距離吧。
進到房間裏真的要倒吸一口氣，首先房間裏一直有下水道泛上來的味道，還加夾雜着房間本身的黴味，不過看到圖片就可以想到了，有潮濕和黴味根本不足為奇，味道一直持續到晚上十點多，終於忍不住聯繫了客服，客服處理態度還是蠻好的，但是也衹能拿空氣清新劑來噴噴，掩耳盜鈴做個心理安慰罷了。房間也非常小，牆很薄，躺在床上頭正對着走廊，可以清楚地聽到走廊上各種各樣的聲音，保潔敲門打掃、遊客回來開門關門的聲音，總之睡眠不好的不太推薦。
最後衞生這方面，不多説了，看圖吧。
不是故意黑，這是第一次評價，希望給一些參考吧。
