There was a long wait at the check-in counter at 3:00 PM, and they only began assisting with check-in applications starting at that time. Additionally, the room was only available at 3:30 PM. Throughout the day, there was constant low-frequency noise, and I was woken up early by the noise and announcements from the nearby train station.
On a positive note, the room was clean and spacious. However, despite requesting an additional toothbrush at the counter, none was provided.

Great hotel in an excellent location behind lime Street station. Staff on check-in were extremely helpful and friendly as were all the other staff members. Rooms are clean and the beds comfortable, the shower was powerful and hot and the bath big. English Breakfast was delicious although not the biggest buffet the quality was amazing .The room could do with a fridge but aside from that everything was perfect for us and we will definitely be back again

A big shoutout to Pete for upgrading our room as a complimentary gift for my birthday! Although one of the reception staff didn’t offer us an early check-in and simply told us to leave our bags and come back at 3 PM, we later noticed that the next guest who arrived was accommodated and allowed to check in early. Otherwise, our overall stay was pleasant

The room is clean. What I love the most is that this room has a type C plug. I came from Asia and at that time I didn't bring a plug that was suitable for the UK. So when I found that plug in this room, I felt like I had found a miracle.

The customer service was exceptional, especially the two gentlemen in the front. They were true gentlemen who we had the pleasure to interact with. Rob & Ahmed really made this stay feel special

Stayed here for a gig at the Academy. Perfect location.
Only drawback is that you can hear the tanning announcements from the train station.
