Great stay. Fab reception staff. Abdul was really helpful. Clean rooms. So some you might want to be at the rear of the building as to not hear the nightclubs. Amazing location. Cavern club 2 minutes away. Lots to see and do from the apartments.

Stayed in R48. Would not recommend. Peeling paint and damp surrounding the windows and ledges. Damp patches on ceilings. Bedroom door did not close and draught from windows upstairs blew through. We had to tie a scarf to the door handle and attach to a full suitcase to keep door closed. Bedside lamp hanging off the wall. Springs on mattress gave an uncomfortable night sleep. Very shabby tired apartment in need of work.

Was bought a 2 night buy a gift stay . Decided on here. This place is awful NOTHING like the photos . Had to pay £50 to upgrade as the first bed looked like it was going to collapse . Wood flooring peeling chunks out of units . Anyway we upgraded and this is still terrible if we wasn’t meeting friends we would go home . Faulty sockets shabby furniture . Please do not put yourself through this go somewhere else !

Apartments are in a very central location, if you are young and want to party till the early hours they would be good for you. If you are like me and want come back earlier then do not book. Apartments are warm and clean with lovely large bathroom but the shower was in the bath. The apartments are above a very noisy street that has lots of bars. We could clearly hear music playing loudly till 5am in fact this was the noisiest hotel room we have ever stopped in. The reception said in future we should ask for a quiet room as he said the other side of the hotel is quieter. The pictures look more modern than the reality. I would never book this hotel again however; if you don’t intend to get in till the early hours it is in a fabulous central location.

The check in was hard it took 10 minutes for them to answer and that is with us calling up. The rooms was okay (not how they look on the pictures) I was expecting it to be abot more tidy and clean. The room i was staying in had no internet when it said it did. I am un happy only because the rooms look completely different but can’t complete as it is cheap

Booked the apartment for an overnight stay on bank holiday weekend. Check in was no problem. Longe area backed into Matthew street which was lively. The bedroom was quiet as was in the inner part of the building off the hallway. Had a really peaceful sleep! The room was clean and presented well. A few minor repairs needed however did not impact our stay. Will stay here again
