Very convenient and easy to get around. There is even an Amazon locker on site. The breakfast options are decent. WiFi is slow however

My friend lost a smartphone there and couldn't contact the hotel at all. Poor impression.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff, very attentive and responsive to guest needs. Quiet room, breakfast was really good and dinner wasn’t bad either. Definitely recommended this one if you are near Liverpool city. Will be returning again….

This Premier Inn is easy to find from Lime Street station.We arrived early and were happy to pay £15 early check in as we could get our room put the bags etc in and back out to explore. It's central to all the attractions,restaurants,bars and shops. We opted to pay for breakfast the 2 mornings we were there as it was so convenient and all the options were very good,tasty and the full breakfast was hot as items were quickly replaced when needed. The room was spacious, clean, very quiet and the bed was comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

Great location stay here before, first time having a problem with early check-in when pre booked with credit card, explained that never had problem before, other customers had same problem with early check-in, and only one lift working on very busy weekend
