I travelled up north for a conference and I needed a quite place to stay. I found this guesthouse for my stay. They are very reasonably priced, clean, comfy and quite. The owner called Tom was very helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended. Thank you

Comfortable stay. Well priced compare to other guesthouses and hotels in the area. The room I stayed was really big and spacious. Large windows looking to the park. The shared bathrooms are clean and kept clean during my stay. I liked the large shared kitchen. Easy and flexible access to the property with access codes. I will be back! Thank you

Stayed in Abbeyfield Guesthouse and the room we had is huge and it’s got everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our room came with shared bathroom but there are couple of bathrooms on other floors as well. The large kitchen was really great. Self checkin gave us a stress free checkin process. Overall, the price we paid we’re satisfied. We’ll be back🙂 Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The room was very large and comfortable, and the entire hotel was exceptionally clean. The smart lock on the door made me feel very safe. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The bedroom is nice enough but that’s the only good thing I can say. The bathroom situation is dire. You have to walk through a relatively large kitchen to get to it and the bathroom shares its space with two washing machines. There is black mould, a hole in the wall, cracks in the mirror, urine all over the toilet, damp mat, barely any pressure in the hot tap and it’s absolutely TINY. I think I will not stay a second night despite the fact that I’ve paid and won’t get a refund. Post edit: There are no tea or coffee sachets in the room and no tea in the kitchen either. There are no USB plug outlets fitted in the room.
