The structure owned by the Unipol Group boasts of selling this hotel as a 4 star….but as far as the services offered included (awful breakfast and a rather degrading pool/solarium service) are concerned, despite the various complaints to the staff, it is not worth more than 2 stars….the only positive point is its position for both the mountain and sea side rooms. As far as everything else is concerned, it absolutely needs to be reviewed starting with the maintenance of the rooms (air conditioning, safe, shower system that leaks water and is quite annoying during the night, various burnt out lamps). Having been an operator in the tourism sector for years, I will evaluate, based on your feedback, whether to recommend your hotel. At this point I will leave it up to you to draw your own conclusions since it is absolutely not worth the cost that is requested. Best regards D.Z.

great location! unkept structure, dirty room!! dirty bathroom shower with black dirt joints between the tiles and it was impossible to sleep because of the sewer smell coming out of the bathroom. poor breakfast. high price, terrible quality

Ein schönes Hotel mit nur wenigen Zimmern und einen tollen Lage mitten in der Marina. Die Zimmer sind schön, evtl. könnte man ein paar Renovierungen vornehmen (unsere Badezimmertür war ziemlich aufgequollen) das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Auch der Parkplatz ist direkt am Hotel und incl. Das einzige, was wirklich gestört hat, war der strenge Geruch, als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben. Wir haben dann 3 Stunden gelüftet und dann war es besser, der Geruch war aber wirklich auffällig und ich denke nicht, dass das vorher noch niemand bemerkt hat.... Das Frühstück ist incl. Ist allerdings sehr übersichtlich. Dennoch hat uns das Gesamtpaket gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Finalmente una marina di altissimo livello , dove regna il gusto l'eleganza e l'efficienza dei servizi offerti. Non ultima la palestra appena inaugurata con macchinari di ultima generazione. Piscina all'ultimo piano con vista mozzafiato , camere ben arredate con balcone vista mare. Ulteriore fiore all'occhiello , Marina Beach, con annesso bar e ristorante e con area dedicata al dog beach. Consigliatissimo

Ho trascorso allo yacht club il veglione di Capodanno con 6 amici. Per il prezzo pagato (150€) esperienza totalmente insoddisfacente: antipasti freddi, primi stracotti, pesce stopposo e insipido. Il cocktail di benvenuto consisteva solamente in un bicchiere di prosecco. Ci hanno servito un solo piatto di lenticchie con cotechino da dividere (per 150€ potevano almeno servirlo singolarmente). Inoltre il giorno tutti e 6 ci siamo sentiti male. Esperienza spiacevole!

Ho soggiornato nella struttura con amici la notte prima di partire per una vacanza in barca a vela. Avevamo una junior suite molto bella, comoda, con un bellissimo terrazzino con vista sulla marina. Il moderno porto turistico offre servizi top per chi viaggia in mare. Consigliatissimo… provare per credere!

Hotel veramente da cinque stelle … personale disponibile per ogni esigenza, camere molto pulite e curate in tutto, posizione molto tranquilla all’interno dello splendido porto della Marina di Loano. Altra cosa fondamentale la possibilità di avere anche un parcheggio privato disponibile all’arrivo

Faccio parte di un equipaggio e al momento di pagare il biglietto per uscire con la macchina mi presentano uno scontrino da 15 euro. Ho passa due notti in barca, sono entrato il venerdì alle 18,00 sono uscito domenica alle 14,30 per un totale di circa 44 ore. Alle mie rimostranze che nelle altre 4 regate precedenti avevo pagato 10 euro mi è stato risposto che si paga a giorni. Un giorno 24 ore , 2 giorni 48. Chiedo spiegazioni oppure parlare con un responsabile ma non mi è dato a sapere. Non mi lamento per i 5 euro ma per il fatto che nessuno mi ha saputo spiegare la differenza tra le volte precedenti e quella summenzionata. Non parliamo del marinaio di turno che alle miei rimostranze ti dice" per fortuna sono sul lavoro perché se fossimo fuori....." Mi spiace per l'organizzazione che è ottima il porto anche, però un po' di educazione non guasta. "
