"Rooms 103 and 207 The staff are at reception and during the breakfast, super gentle, spacious and design rooms. A comfortable location Sorry we only noticed to the cleaner that at the arrival c was a drink of the mini bar already drunk and the basket of the full bathroom and he answered " strange". All right next day room and minibar but the cups where we drank coffee have not been replaced or cleaned. I would advise you to be back to us. However, you need some more attention to the details."

"The structure owned by the Unipol Group boasts of selling this hotel as a 4 star….but as far as the services offered included (awful breakfast and a rather degrading pool/solarium service) are concerned, despite the various complaints to the staff, it is not worth more than 2 stars….the only positive point is its position for both the mountain and sea side rooms. As far as everything else is concerned, it absolutely needs to be reviewed starting with the maintenance of the rooms (air conditioning, safe, shower system that leaks water and is quite annoying during the night, various burnt out lamps). Having been an operator in the tourism sector for years, I will evaluate, based on your feedback, whether to recommend your hotel. At this point I will leave it up to you to draw your own conclusions since it is absolutely not worth the cost that is requested. Best regards D.Z."

"I stayed in this hotel for a weekend in September 2025 with my family and experience was really great. The central location is perfect to explore the country and reach the beach. The cleaning of the rooms and common rooms is inconvenient: everything was ordered, well-treated and sanitary carefully. "Villa Paola's villas are small and large apartments with more bedrooms with bathroom and also castle beds. There are apartments on the ground floor and also on the first and second floor in a neighboring house. There is a garden to get our hair friends go. The summer pool has been present since May several car parks to park the washing area is so green around. I advise you to take behind all the needs that can be used for your stay type oil detergent floors detergent floors etc. You will be charged a cleaning at the exit of your stay.
