My recent stay at this property was a complete disappointment. Despite being marketed as a luxury accommodation, the conditions were far from acceptable. The rooms and common areas were filthy, with stained mattresses and unclean furniture. The attached images speak for themselves—dirty chairs at the Woodpecker restaurant, poorly maintained outdoor areas filled with trash, and even a commode left in plain sight right outside my room. Even after reporting these issues, the staff’s response was inadequate, sending a housekeeping person who was clueless about the problems. No senior staff member came to address the situation, and despite being asked to send pictures over WhatsApp, no one followed up. This was not an issue with just one room—the entire property seemed to suffer from neglect, and I wasn’t the only guest with these concerns. Changing rooms wouldn’t have helped as the problems were systemic. I spent a significant amount of time, energy, and money traveling from Delhi to Aamby Valley, only to experience this level of disappointment. For the price paid, this experience was far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. I expect MMT and the hotel management to address these issues immediately and provide a resolution.
