"Everything was top notch starting from food, amenities, courtesy of the staff etc. The best part is they serve baby food which is complimentary and made with hygiene and love. The staff is very cordial and well behaved and all my requests for my baby’s food was accommodated without any hassle. I would like to specially mention Ruthy, Monika, Shivam and all the restaurant staff and front office staff for being cordial and friendly and accommodating all our requests which made our stay very comfortable and peaceful."

"Hotel is worst. They don't even clean the rooms properly. Bedsheet had stains. Washroom was smelling badly even the rooms. I mistakenly lost keys for which they charged 1200, that's too much."

"Horrible experience about hotel room and facilities is a complete lie. We booked a room with back view but there was not view, just a big wall blocking air and daylight. Highly disappointing. Hotels say restaurant as facility but they don’t have any active restaurant, it’s just chairs and tables, they don’t have a kitchen. They have a tied up food supplier but it starts late in the morning so u are left with no choice but to deal with it and hotel staff is not at all supportive. This hotel location is just good bcoz it’s close to narayani dham temple. Do not plan for it as it’s only good for people who can survive starving. Not recommended for families with kids and elderly family members"

" Stay Away — More Focused on Humiliating Guests Than Hospitality This hotel clearly spends more effort writing long, defensive replies to negative reviews than actually fixing the issues. Instead of addressing feedback professionally, their team goes out of its way to discredit guests, mock them, and question if they even stayed — all in public view. During our stay, we experienced poor room conditions (damp smell, no basic amenities), an unsafe pool area, and unhelpful staff. But what shocked us more was their team’s obsession with “rebutting” guests online — often with sarcasm, personal attacks, and outright contradictions. This is not a hotel trying to improve — it’s a hotel trying to silence criticism. The arrogance and hostility in their replies speak louder than any ratings. Avoid unless you enjoy being gaslit and humiliated after a bad stay."
