The interior of the hotel is newly built, different from the old hotels in the middle of London, high-end and low-key. It feels that there are not many people now. It is one of the few London hotels with swimming pools, which is good. Apart from that, there is nothing special. If you come to travel, if you want to feel the British style, you should go to the ones in the city center. The same price is much better. You say the buildings of Park Hyatt are tall, the highest one in the hotel is only 21 stories high, and there is not much scenery outside the window, just the building next to it.

At night, it changes to Indian people, which is terrible. The air conditioner is broken. I called for an hour to urge them to repair it, but they didn’t come to repair it. In the end, I went to the front desk to argue. The same Indian manager was on duty every night. The air conditioner was broken, and the room was changed the next day. As a result, I caught a cold passively. It was very cold in the UK in January. Because the room heating was only 24 degrees at most, I was seriously ill in the next few days and forced to travel. The price and service are completely mismatched. Since I was traveling with my family for the New Year, I was rushing to the attractions during the day and didn’t stay in the hotel for too long. When I checked out, I was asked to charge a service fee, which I refused. Later, a staff member communicated with me and made a goodwill gesture. But this feeling of mending the fold after the sheep have been lost did not bring me comfort. Overall, I was still very disappointed with this Park Hyatt Hotel. The only thing that touched me was the service of the doorman, a Korean staff member, who walked very far to help us call a taxi. However, it also proved that the hotel was unwilling to even come with a taxi.
