Unfriendly staff, not a single smile. Rooms are not taken well care off. Damaged wall, dirty carpet and insects. Very uncomfortable beds

The room is clean especially the toilet, which seemed like is newly renovated. The location of the hotel is very close to the British Museum. In addition, you can easily find amenities around the hotel.

The location is definitely excellent – it's close to the British Museum, lots of cafes, and within walking distance to the Covent Garden area, which was a big plus. However, the facilities were very basic. I was a bit disappointed with the reception area as there weren’t many sofas or chairs to sit and relax. Also, there was no air conditioning, which was a bit of an issue, especially during warmer days.

Location wise is not bad. Near two metro stations and a few eateries.
But the room is small and the carpet in the room is very smelly. I had to buy a room spray to help with the smell but it didn’t help at all. I had to keep the window open to ventilate the air in the room despite the cold weather of winter. The bed sheets were very dusty that I used up the whole sticky-roller to clean up the pillows and the sheets before sleeping. I noticed london is quite dusty even during winter. The towels looked dirty. The bed sheets also got stains- the picture was taken after I cleaned the sheets with my sticky paper roll by myself.
The shower head was leaking so bad.
Despite the run down condition of the room, the TV is smart TV that I could enjoy my Netflix disney+ youtube at night.

The hotel was ok, however I was on the 7th floor the room was hot and I felt uncomfortable. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I was on a lower floor.

Nice breakfast and perfect location. Not recommended staying during summer, especially heatwave as there is no air con, only a fan. Unfortunately water supply was suspended for an hour in the morning during the last day of my stay

Lovely hotel. Easy check in and out. Very clean. Spotless rooms. Great location.
The downside was that there was no air conditioning in the room, and it was exceptionally hot weather. The fan provided just didn't cut it.

Can clearly hear underground tube passing by as my room was on the first floor and could feel the draught from the surprisingly single glazed windows.
