Quiet area with easy access to Kings Cross Station. Nice apartment, small but adequate for a couple of nights. The bed needs repositioning to accommodate side tables. Just a few things missing for the kitchen area:- Chopping board Frying pan Scissors Dish cloth Basic utensils

Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa struttura per 1 settimana. La posizione è perfetta e molto tranquilla, l'appartamento pulitissimo è arredato in modo moderno e funzionale. Il bagno nuovo. Il personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Abbiamo potuto lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli dopo il check out. Consigliatissimo.

Ich bin zutiefst enttäuscht von diesem Hotel und möchte meine Erfahrung teilen, um andere Reisende zu warnen. Aufgrund meiner Schwangerschaft und daraus resultierender gesundheitlicher Probleme musste ich meine Reise stornieren. Obwohl ich die Stornierung Monate im Voraus mitgeteilt habe, wurde mir der gesamte Betrag in Rechnung gestellt. Die Reaktion des Hotels war nicht nur unflexibel, sondern auch extrem respektlos. Mein gesundheitlicher Zustand wurde vollkommen ignoriert, und es gab keinerlei Verständnis oder Entgegenkommen. Anstatt mir entgegenzukommen, bestand das Hotel darauf, den vollen Preis zu berechnen, ohne jegliche Rückerstattung oder auch nur ein Angebot für eine Umbuchung. Ein solches Verhalten ist inakzeptabel und zeigt eine völlige Gleichgültigkeit gegenüber den Gästen. Dieses Hotel hat eindeutig keinen Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Kulanz. Ich kann dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen und werde definitiv nie wieder hier buchen.
