CHeck is was dificult because my Trip bookign had not gone through due to my CC failing. Reception were not wantign to match Trip but hey a process that should have been 2 minutes took about 15 . Staff were lovley (front of house and rooms).
I did not eat there
its 15 minutes walk from swiss cottage u graound and 10+ from chalk farm - buses so outside and along adelarde road just behind it., SHort walk to Primirose Hill shops and cafes (and the hill itself ) good location if you are okay with a few minutes walk. 2 good pubs nearbu one 3 minutes (washington) and one ten (Queens)

A friendly welcome the moment we arrived. Perfect for our one night visit. 15 minutes walk to Camden and 35 mins walk to kings cross station, so perfect for us!

The hotel was ok, very dated and in need of an update. Hard to differentiate if it was unclean or just old. At 23:40 there was a false fire alarm, unsure what set it off but the floor I was on smelt like ****

Forget what you have heard about Brittania Hotels, the Hampstead is fantastic, clean and friendly. Always a pleasure to stay here. Staff are brilliant, bar area is 5-stars. Easy to walk into Camden Town in just 5-minutes and just a short step from Chalk Farm Tube. 10/10

Location was good easy to get around London. I stayed 3nights but no one came to clean up and change the bins bags.
