民宿位置不錯，下樓去沙灘走路五六分鐘，沙灘景色宜人，水超級清澈，傍晚沙灘人超級多，吃飯方便，生活配套齊全，而且價格親民，不像熱門景點溢價厲害，不好的是小區物業設施較為陳舊，人員比較嘈雜。小區沒停車不便，停路邊，很窄，車位碰運氣，不過停車免費。
