"The hotel's location is excellent, with a commercial complex nearby that has everything. I even managed to squeeze in a soak at the bathhouse next to the hotel in the evening. The hotel facilities are quite new and clean. Being on a high floor, it was very quiet, which is perfect for light sleepers like me. My only suggestion for the hotel would be regarding the water marks left on the faucets and glasses. While it shows they were indeed cleaned, it would be even more perfect if a dry cloth were used to wipe away those marks. This minor detail doesn't deter me from giving a good review, though; I would still recommend this hotel."

"This stay was truly heartwarming, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the receptionist, Ayu! The moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by her genuine smile. Check-in was not only efficient but also incredibly patient. What touched me most was that when I needed something in the middle of the night, she immediately arranged for a robot to deliver it without hesitation. In this age where even food delivery is all about efficiency, it's so rare to encounter such friendly service! Because of Ayu, this hotel is now on my "must-stay" list; I'll definitely stay here again next time!"
