衞生：房間衞生很不錯，沒有異味。衞生間排水可以改進一下，容易打滑。
環境：陽台對着山景，心曠神怡，私人温泉也有葯包。
設施：温泉種類很多，泡起來很舒服。還有無邊泳池，恆温泳池，夏天來的話更好。

省內的嘉華基本都住過了。主要是對娃友好 適合親子。第一次來南崑山 當然也首選嘉華 這家藏在山谷裏。入住時前台升級了房間👍 看我帶着兩個娃 給小朋友一人送了一個公仔 還多送了遊戲幣卷和遊船卷感謝前台小姐姐。 房間樓下就是室外温泉區和小童泳池 很方便。溶洞温泉好像嘉華的特色 基本每家都有 也很有氛圍 這家感覺更好 有水簾洞 還有免費的糖水果汁水果供應。孩子很喜歡。 特意選了晚餐套票 早餐還可以 晚餐就一般般吧。 下次還會來

酒店環境優雅舒適，辦理入住服務態度好，得知小朋友生日，前台還貼心準備了蛋糕晚上送到房間。我們在中秋入住，當晚酒店還舉行了中秋遊園活動，小朋友可開開心。自助早餐品種多樣豐富，味道也很不錯，這次入住其他方面都很滿意，房間很大很舒適，有些許不足是選住的房型的泡池有點小，要是再大一點就更完美啦！
