"The family room was decorated with children in mind, complete with toys and a small tent, making the room feel like a mini playground. The balcony had a private hot tub, so the kids could even play in the water at night! The hotel's suspended pool, hot springs, children's water park, and ball pit outside the hotel were all amazing. On the day of check-out, we could leave our luggage at the front desk and continue to play, which was very thoughtful and attentive service! My older daughter was over 120cm, and the kind front desk attendant even gave us a complimentary kids' breakfast and access to some activities. 👍👍👍"

"Seriously, don't stay here! The traffic noise from the road goes on all day and night, making it impossible to sleep. It's incredibly loud; even with noise-canceling earplugs, I could hear everything clearly. Super frustrating 😫. There's a KTV downstairs, and the bass from the speakers vibrated through the building like an earthquake, making my heart pound. I contacted the front desk after midnight to complain, and they didn't even reply until past 2 AM. Is that how they handle issues? This place is not fit for humans; it doesn't meet basic hotel or rest standards. Anyone who stays here is getting ripped off big time! Minus one hundred out of ten!"

"The Mousse Jiahua Hot Spring Hotel in Nankun Mountain is absolutely amazing! It's perfect for families with kids. There's a great variety of hot spring pools, and the herbal baths like the 'Silver Lotus Fruit' and 'Centenarian Tea' are really unique, with clean water. The kids' water park has new facilities, and my child didn't want to leave. The hotel opened in 2022, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is warm and attentive, and the environment is tranquil with beautiful mountain views. It offers excellent value for money and is definitely the top choice for a family hot spring trip in Huizhou. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!"

"The two-bedroom apartment definitely isn't 112 square meters; it's probably 60-70 sqm at most, which is quite small. The moment I opened the door, I felt disoriented, as if I'd walked into a standard, pre-furnished apartment in a regular residential complex. It just had a set of furniture, completely lacking any hotel design. Besides two pendant lights in the living room, all other rooms, including the bathrooms, only had downlights, with no other lighting fixtures. Both bathrooms were tiny. The shower glass was covered in water stains, so dense I almost thought they were decorative patterns. This is severely mismatched with the 1660 weekend room rate. The hot spring entrance is in the neighboring building, the Cloudtop Hot Spring Resort Hotel, requiring an outdoor walk to get there. The indoor kids' play area is quite a distance away, past the outdoor hot spring area in another tall building. There's no cover, which would be very inconvenient if it rained. If you're not planning to use the hot springs and just want to visit the indoor play area, I recommend driving and parking in the ground or underground garage of that building, as there's a public entrance there. The hot springs and kids' play area are excellent, especially the indoor kids' play area. It's spacious, protected from sun and rain, with very new and diverse facilities, and plenty of benches for parents to rest. It's really great. The Chinese restaurant is also very good. The ingredients are fresh, the taste is excellent, and it offers great value for money. There are many attentive and helpful staff members. We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor kids' play area. We had stayed at the adjacent R&F Hilton Hotel the day before, and comparing the two, the Hilton was definitely better. If you have specific accommodation requirements, I'd suggest staying at the Hilton and just driving over to buy tickets for the hot springs/play area; it's very close, only a 2-minute drive."

"This time I stayed at Nankunshan Zhuxi Hotel, and the experience was far beyond my expectations. The service staff was very nice and the housekeeper was very friendly. The hotel is not far from Nankun Mountain. When you open the window of the room, you can see the bamboo forest and stream. Wake up in the quiet mountain in the morning, and enjoy tea and scenery on the balcony in the evening. Forget the hustle and bustle of the city and the small village in the distance, as if you are back in your childhood. I tried the farmhouse dishes of the hotel for dinner, and the taste was unexpected. I have recommended it to my friends, and I must bring my family to experience it next time."
