Chileno Bay Resort & Residences, Auberge Resorts Collection

This was the most luxurious work trip I've ever had the privilege to experience. We didn't need to think about anything and we're truly able to relax. Aside from the magic of the ocean and watching whales play in the water while relaxing the pool, the food was spectacular! We did not have a disappointing bite. The favorites were the guacamole (which my husband normally hates) and the hummus. Hummus has been ruined for me now.

Amazing resort! Beautiful views, extremely friendly service, personal concierge for your entire stay and 30 min from the airport. We went for a fun couples getaway and I highly recommend it for couples and even families. We will be bringing our kids back in 2025.

If you are looking for an absolutely exceptional getaway/reset/vacation, this is your place. The accommodations, spa and restaurants are among the best we have experienced anywhere in the world. The staff is helpful, friendly and will greet you by name throughout your stay. We will be returning and highly recommend Chileno Bay.

What a beautiful slice of heaven this place is! We’ve travelled the world and no where beats the consistently excellent service that we received at Auberge Chileno Bay! The facilities are perfect…not too big, not too small and impeccably kept. It felt private but not boring. Our concierge Fernanda took care of us like we were celebrities! The golf was superb and the restaurants are all excellent. If you’re looking for a romantic fun getaway…I highly recommend this charming resort.

It’s hard to fully describe the level of attention to detail that all Auberge locations dedicate to each location and Chileno Bay is no exception. Food, service, property, experience are spectacular at every single touchpoint-from the bed, to the amenities, freshness of food, genuinely kind staff—it’s easy to take the details for granted but all I can say is WOW. We went to another location for a night for a wedding, and came back the next day!!! My husband accurately described that there is a wide range of interpretations for a five star hotel, and all I can say is that Auberge is at the very very top of that list. Do not waste your money anywhere else!!!

Meeting room had amazing view of the bay. Loved watching the waves crash over the rocks and had multiple whale sightings all from our meeting room! I injured my hand on a rock the first morning of my trip - the team had the wound cleaned and dressed immediately and a doctor on site within 45 minutes to provide a prescription and stitches. The rest of the trip the entire team checked on my hand and bandages to make sure they were fresh and clean. Whether it was housekeeping, valet, front desk, or restaurant staff, they greeted me by name and made sure I was taking care of myself and my wound. Amazing property, incredible food, gorgeous views, and an unforgettable customer service experience!
