Our stay at the Residences surpassed our expectations. The cleanliness of the place, the inviting private pool, the restaurants, security of the place and courtesy shuttles, and the church overlooking the ocean, inside the hotel vicinity is soooo gorgeous! Our butler Daniel M. went above and beyond, making sure we are well taken care of and cater to everything we needed during our stay. When my husband accidentally locked the laundry room, Daniel sent someone to fix it in no time!

This was my fifth trip to the residence with family and friends ! It is my favorite vacation place! The residence we stay in is kept immaculate and the accommodations are great! The grounds are kept clean and attention to the pools/hot tub is tremendous. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Love having a kitchen and washer/dryer for use. The beds and pillows are the best I’ve ever had in all my travels. Guillermo is a great butler and attentive to making sure our stay is always the best! He really goes the extra mile to provide exceptional service and support for dinner reservations and any extra needs at our villa. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with every day checking in on with on a personal visit . He is a genuine asset to the resort and attention to details of the property!

It was another amazing experience at Hacienda. The service and attitudes of all staff members was exceptional. Our butler, Clemente, makes our trip more special than expected!!! He is a top notch employee and person. We look forward to returning in October.

My family and I have been coming to Hacienda Encantada since 2018 now, and we absolutely love it! The entire resort is so clean and well kept. The staff are always super friendly and willing to help out at any moment. A special shoutout to Daniel, who has been our family’s butler the last 2 times we have stayed here. He is absolutely fantastic at his job! He communicates so effectively and is always available to help us during our stay. On top of that, he always has a smile on his face and such a kind and genuine person who makes sure we always have a great stay! We can’t wait for our next trip to Cabo!

We’ve been coming to Hacienda Encantada for the last 10 years, our family has upgraded to the Residences- it is a perfect, relaxing place for the whole family to meet up, 3 generations of family meet from around the US to relax and enjoy Mexico and each other. Guillermo has helped us each year with a smooth stay, with helping book our excursions, dinners out, warm and friendly attitude, we feel he is like family when we visit. We really enjoyed our time at Hacienda Encantada.. The staff there were super helpful and accommodating, especially Christina, our wonderful concierge, and Clemente, our butler. They made sure we had everything that we needed and didn’t miss out on anything. We took advantage of the all-inclusive package and dined at most of the restaurants on the property, which were all excellent and good value. Also, February is a great time to see whales in Cabo San Lucas, which was a real highlight on this trip. You can enjoy seeing them from the rooftop infinity pool and even from the stair master in the rooftop gym. Also don’t miss the Art Walk in San Jose on Thursday nights. You won’t be sorry !

We had another AMAZING family vacation, thanks to our wonderful butler, Monserrat!!! She is simply THE BEST!! Helped us with rental cars and reservations and whale watching…and we can’t wait to go back! We will request her EVERY time we go!

Hacienda Encantada never disappoints. We love seeing the same staff each time we go…makes it feel more like Home Away From Home. Guillermo Justo, the head butler, makes sure we are taken care of from the start to finish of each of our trips. He is amazing! And the weather and whale watching was perfect!
