Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotels in Louisville

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location on 4th Street. Multiple restaurants and bars to eat but be sure to set reservations. The beds were comfortable but the sheets were very stiff and there was no thick comforter. Parking can be a little confusing, more signage needs to be visible because of valet and everything else the parking garages are hard to see. We had a larger vehicle and had to use a different parking garage, and due to all the valet in the front part you couldn't see where that parking garage was therefore we ended up parking in public parking garage down the road. Hotel staff was good about this and refunded us for the hotel parking so we was not double charged. One thing that I noticed that would be a big help to visitors is more signage within the hotel and parking garage. The hotel is very large and all the floors look the same so you can get quite turned around with which Tower you're going to or where the restaurants are located. For example, it would be good to have some signage inside the elevators so that you know which floors have access to which restaurants/skywalk. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

It is a pet friendly hotel however there’s no grass area on the property. You have to walk across the street and down half a block to a spot in front of a white castle. Was a little strange. The bed was comfortable and bathroom is spacious. Parking across the street was easy but the one-way streets made it time-consuming to drive around the block with 3 stop lights after unloading.  neighborhood was a little sketchy and a homeless man 1 block away was pressuring me for money.

This was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!

DO NOT STAY HERE! We checked in Friday and Saturday morning my husband who is a 4 year stroke survivor with aphasia and apraxia went down to the lobby to get coffee and take an outside break. The front desk staff demanded to see his keys to the room and when he had trouble communicating with them they accused him of being a vagrant. Before calling our room to verify with me that he in fact was a guest they called the police. Needless to say we packed up and left. Completely disgusting!

small spaces and limited parking, we got a room that faced the airport and free way (very loud and obnoxious), room smelled of aged cigarette smoke, amenities such as the ironing board and hairdryer were dirty, signs of bed bugs, dirty floors, burn marks, glitter and obvious bodily fluids on the blankets, the door would not close unless it was locked from the inside or literally slammed shut. the only reason i'm giving them two stars instead of one is because of their quickness to give us a refund. would not recommend this place even though it is cheaper than other places nearby.

Great location and friendly staff. Spent one night with the family and breakfast was exceptional. Very clean. Only one issue is the exhaust fan in one of the bathroom wasn’t working. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well Maintained and the Bartenders are great. The highlight of our visit is when I spoke about a small incident to the front desk. Melissa handled it perfectly and was a total sweetheart. I tried to get her to move to Texas and work for us as a Manager but she declined. Not really but she is amazing and should be considered for a Management roll as she possesses the qualities you can’t teach. Thank you and see y’all soon.

During our recent stay at 21c Museum Hotel in Louisville, we had some positive experiences but also encountered significant issues that completely marred our visit. On the positive side, the food and cocktails at Proof on Main were fantastic. The staff at the restaurant as well as the the friendly doormen, contributed positively to our stay. We also appreciated the art gallery, a highlight from our previous visit, which once again added a unique touch to our experience. Our room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, meeting our expectations. However, upon checking in, we discovered that the perks we were entitled to through our booking with a travel advisor, such as breakfast, property credit, and room upgrade, were not initially applied. The front desk eventually resolved these issues by providing breakfast vouchers and confirming our upgrade, though the lack of initial acknowledgment was disconcerting. Additionally, when we checked out, the property credit was not applied which added our frustration after the experiencing the peculiar situation below. Unfortunately, a troubling incident involving my missing purse from our hotel room overshadowed our stay. Despite our assurances that it was likely taken by accident with the linens, the hotel's handling of the situation was extremely poor. We spent considerable time dealing with the front desk, cancelling credit cards, and worrying about the lost purse, which significantly affected our trip. Although the purse was eventually returned, the staff's reluctance to take responsibility and the persistent issues with our booking perks left us with a negative impression of the 21c Hotel brand. Over a week later, I still have not received a response from management about our experience. We will not be back nor will we recommend 21C to others.
