Popular Luang Prabang 4-star Hotels

It's very close to Foreigner's Street. It's very convenient to travel. At the same time, it's very close to Xiangtong Temple and the night market. The location is superior and the room is very quiet. The only downside is that the breakfast is the same every day because of the 5-day stay. boring!

This hotel and Laos in general were a complete and utter positive surprise and experience. Booked last minute due to prior flight cancellations in Bangkok, this was a real treat. From the moment we stepped in (prior to checkin time I’ll add) we were warmly greeted by the team with a lovely welcome beverage and a room upgrade with early checkin. Next the staff helped us arrange our entire 24h in Luang Prabang to ensure we maximised the trip, organising every detail from the driver to towels for the waterfalls. The room was gorgeous, upstairs overlooking the pond with nice touches including free local beer. The bathroom was gorgeous with nice scented oil. Breakfast was good. Everything about this trip and hotel surpassed our expectations, especially for the price point. Highly highly recommend.

Friendly and welcoming staff at reception. Good English spoken. The bikes are great as the hotel is quite a distance from the main area. There are a few nice places walkable distance and it is walkable but if you did it multiple times it’d be tiring. Lao Airlines hotel so you can check in for your flight at the hotel. Rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. Nice pool and quiet, peaceful environment. Kettle in room with tea and coffee. Rooms seem worn and could do with a refresh, especially the bathroom. Air conditioning is needs updating as it struggles to cool the room. Only one plug socket by the side of the bed. Lots of small flys in my room which should have been cleaned/removed before I checked in. Likely due to low season so less people/cleaning less often. I went out in the morning and hung “please clean room” on my door but when I came back 6 hours later nothing had happened. They didn’t clean my room, change towels etc through my stay. Neighbouring hotels have shuttle service. This would really improve the hotel. Overall, it was ok for two days but probably wouldn’t go back unless it was modernised.

I stayed here for 4 days and was very satisfied. Thank you to the store for their warm reception. I have a water glass that leaked in the hotel (room 204). Please help the store keep it and get it back when I stay at the hotel on my return trip. Thank you!

The hotel is very nice and artistic. You can give alms at the door of the hotel. The kid got up at 5 o'clock in the morning and his eyes were still swollen. The service staff noon at the hotel front desk was very nice. Thumbs up!

The room looked very nice, just like in the pictures, but on a closer look, there was dust everywhere, the bedsheets had stains and dirt on them, the bathtub/jacuzzi didn’t work and it was very dirty! Even the walls around it were very dirty. There was a stagnant smell in the room and lots of mosquitoes. On top of everything there was not enough hot water to shower and the breakfast was very poor and the food was all cold. So if you’re thinking of getting breakfast there, my advice is to go eat in town for a better dining experience. Last but not least, the hairdryer didn’t fit the socket. Luckily we had an adaptor, otherwise we would have had a hard time with that.

On the first day when I arrived at the hotel, the handsome guy at the front desk saw me holding a sleeping child, and quickly checked us in. He also helped us carry our luggage and sent us to the room. Maybe because we booked 4 nights, the room was decorated very warmly in advance~ The hotel used to be a hotel for the Lao royal family to vacation. The hotel is in a good location. Me Kong River is just across the street. There is a coffee shop on the roadside. The coffee is delicious~ It is also very close to the street of Bushi. Starting from the door near the front desk, you can walk to it at one intersection~ Good people good food good price recommended by netizens, just go out from the door near the hotel front desk, turn right and walk for five minutes. The restaurant environment is average, but the price and taste are really good. Many students also go there to eat~ Hotel guests can borrow bicycles for free, and the staff will help you carefully check the condition of the car before picking up the car~ Buckets are placed in each building (Figure 3), you can get drinking water by yourself, and water jugs for washing feet and shoes are placed in the lobby (Figure 4). Facilities: The old-fashioned classical style is a bit unique, the room is quite large Hygiene: Clean and tidy. I was worried about mosquitoes, but there are no mosquitoes. I should install screens. Environment: The transportation is convenient, not far from Puxi Mountain and the Royal Palace, the morning market is at the door, and there are alms activities nearby.
