Not in the center, but in a good position near Lucca's walls. Fantastic and helpful staff, who helped us change the room, because in the first one we had to wash ourselves in the bathtub, repaired with silicone, placing our heads under the tap, since the shower was unusable. Acceptable breakfast, considered the price.

Nice structure, rooms 90s style. Reception and other public spaces are nice. Hotel is nearby the historic center and close to the highroad. It was a nice stay, staff is very gentle. They also offer a bike service, you get the bike and go freely to the center (not even 10min) without the stress of traffic and parking. The only bad point was the AC, old style and not as I prefer: the room was hot even there was a very few cold air.

Sono stata con mio figlio solo una notte per visitare Lucca, ma torneremo sicuramente! Tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo e cordiale, pulizia della camera ottima, colazione variegata ed abbondante. Abbiamo approfittato anche del servizio delle bici con cui abbiamo fatto agevolmente il giro delle mura della città: esperienza divertentissima e che consigliamo! Comodissimo per raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi il centro storico.

Hotel molto carino, con elementi tra il moderno (la sala della colazione) ed il vintage (il salottino della reception). Oltre alla massima disponibilità e competenza da parte dello staff, ho riscontrato un'ottima attenzione alla cura ed alla pulizia delle stanze. Sicuramente è una valida scelta per una vacanza o per lavoro.

Hotel « imposé » par le tour opérateur, aucun charme, au bord d’une route 4 voies très passante et donc très bruyante… Chambres propres et bonne literie, en revanche insonorisation médiocre, les bouchons d’oreilles seront appréciés.A pied 15/20 mn de marche de la vieille ville historique. On peut certainement mieux se loger dans cette magnifique cité.

Come possa essere un 4 stelle è un mistero. Avrete svariati scalini da fare per raggiungere la reception che appare molto modesta. Farete poi altri scalini per raggiungere l'ascensore. La camera è modesta e un po' triste. Bagno cieco con ventola non funzionante,servizio bar chiude alle 22, materasso poco confortevole.

Ideale per visitare la città. A 10/15 minuti a piedi x il centro. Anche x la stazione. Con amica sul concerto dei Duran Duran... Quindi ottima posizione. Camera pulita e bagno super. Colazione varia. Perfetta. Tutti alla reception molto gentili e disponibili. Ci tornerò. Ottimo punto d'appoggio per visitare la zona.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti in occasione di un concorso di danza. Eravamo partiti decisamente pervenuti a causa di alcune recensioni lette..ma ci siamo dovuti ricredere. Siamo arrivati intorno alle 11 di mattina e le camere ci sono state consegnate solo alle 14. Li per li abbiamo storto un po il naso per poi capire, il giorno dopo, che questo avveniva perché l'hotel da la possibilità di effettuare il check out fino alle ore 12...cosa ottima per chi magari si trova costretto, come capitato per alcuni di noi, di dover comunque restare in città fino a tardi. La nostra camera era una tripla di buona metratura ristrutturata da poco..con un bagno davvero grande fornito di doccia molto comoda e spaziosa. La colazione della mattina è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. C'è davvero di tutto, dalle paste dolci, alla frittata con salumi, pane e yogurt con frutta fresca e cereali. Tutto molto buono! Personale accogliente e sempre con il sorriso. Nel caso si voglia girare il centro di Lucca a piedi, l hotel Napoleon rimane un po fuori le mura..ma in circa 10/15 minuti di camminata si raggiunge il fulcro della città. Consigliato.
