Loved this property. Couldn’t ask for better with the location. We walked to everything. Lucca is not huge but it was good to be in a spot that was fairly quiet at night. We were there for 4 nights that went over a weekend. There was a bar at the end of the street where a LOT of people gathered and there was noise from there but the minute the window was closed you could not really hear them. It was hot weather but the room was cool even with the windows shut so all good. There are restaurants and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Anfiteatro where you are spoilt for dining options. Our room, Flora, was big. The bed was very comfortable, water was hot, WiFi was good and there is a fridge. The establishment itself is quiet. We couldn’t hear other guests at all. The included breakfast is very good. Plenty to choose from and should suit everyone. It set us up for the day. The only thing we would have liked was having access to make a cup of tea outside of breakfast hours. Not a complaint but it would have been nice. We didn’t have a car so I can’t comment on the parking area but it was an easy taxi ride from Lucca station. The hosts were amazing. Very helpful and friendly.we would definitely recommend a stay here.

In this living room I tried two out of three rooms: very large, spacious, equipped with everything, including coffee machine, boiler, caramels and a pleasant appetizer kit with potatoes and analcohol drink. We enjoyed it in the small garden furnished with tables and chairs, and impressed by small lamps and wires of sunlights. Then, by name and fact, the common bathroom and the private bathroom were well cleaned, provided with dispenser with shampoo, bathroom and even balsam. At the entrance a filtered water boiler always available to fill glasses and But the real girl in this place is the courtesy of Cristian, who provided us with photos with indications to reach the structure, photos to walk in the centre, information useful to dine out or for events in Lucca. In other words, very organized and always available for guests' requests. Interesting and comfortable self-checking! Recommended!!!! One note (Light is out of the walls): watch taxis if you have the train early morning: they don't accept bookings and We found no one available for arrival at the station 40 minutes earlier.
