We booked a basic room (non smoking) but from all the hundreds of free rooms they had, we definitely got the most run-down smokers room they could find.
After asking, we got an "upgrade" to another floor and got a nice and clean and fresh renovated room.
The staff took forever to process our registration, never had that before...
The staff was friendly and professional in every situation. The security guy was very lovely and kind. Not so the lady at the breakfast buffet, but maybe she had a bad day...
They stored our bicycles in a room in the lobby. Thanks for that.
The hotel is a little away from the centre but there are some restaurants and shops around.

Good price versus quality ratio. Hotel is a bit older (room smells like cigarettes) but everything works. Very friendly staff.

房間乾淨衞生整潔空間很大交通便利商店飯店美食超市很多停車場很大老闆人很好熱情似火，服務周到細緻入微。希望雙床房床頭插座增加到兩個。希望增加室內衣帽間。

設施匹配，衞生整潔，環境清靜，服務員隨叫隨到，但業務待提升。自助早餐因為我客人少很簡單，規定時間尚未準備好，讓客人等候。

酒店是開業較久的大酒店，入住當晚聽到很奇怪的聲音，凌晨三點又出現，不像是雙人運動的聲音，當即跟酒店反映給我換了房間。當時挺生氣的，影響到休息，工作人員回覆是熱水器的聲音……地毯很厚應該隔音，第二天發現應該是木質牀頭櫃的敲打聲。性價比很高，一百出頭含早餐。

第三次入住了，房間乾淨明亮，服務設施齊全，自有停車場大，交通便利，早餐豐富，前台服務專業，適合家庭旅行，體驗感不錯。

酒店的裝修很好，房間裏的衞生情況也很不錯，設施都很新。酒店的位置不靠城中心，周邊餐飲比較少。另外酒店一層有一個叫家鄉味的餐廳，不知道是不是酒店通風設計的問題，過道里和衞生間一直都有一股炒菜的油煙味。
