"The reception staff were very kind, and went out of their way to help us. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was very clean and well equipped, with all the amenities of excellent quality. The only slight issue was that the room was very cold, and took a long time to heat up. The hotel is right next to the ancient town, and only a short walk into the main town centre. Breakfast was perfectly fine. There is a car park underneath the hotel, and the security guard was diligent about making sure our bikes were kept safe, which is very much appreciated by us."

The next morning, the shower drain was blocked – I'm not sure why – and water overflowed everywhere. Doesn't the hotel do checks during busy holiday periods? It was quite disappointing."

"The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and the bedding is comfortable, with high-quality mattresses, down pillows, and two 1.5-meter beds. Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was the only hotel on this trip where we stayed for two nights. There's even a book bar in the lobby on the first floor. On a rainy night, I sat in the lobby and read a bedtime story to my child, who fell asleep while reading me. 💤 The breakfast rolls were delicious and crystal clear, and the whole family loved them. 😋 The hotel is very cost-effective, and the front desk lady was very kind. It was a pleasant stay. 😊"

On the other hand, the downhill stone steps to enter are inconvenient for travelers with luggage. The room layout is poorly designed, and the bathroom is a tiny, cramped space. The service is essentially that of a guesthouse, very unprofessional; perhaps because it's not located in a popular tourist area, the service level urgently needs improvement."

"I went there because of the high ratings, but the first room I entered smelled of stinky feet. The second room had a clogged toilet in the middle of the night. I called the front desk, and they suggested I use the public restroom and wait for housekeeping to come and fix it. It was almost dawn, so I didn't contact the front desk again. For a hotel that's only recently opened, the infrastructure is poorly maintained, and the staff's ability to handle emergencies is truly disappointing."

They also thoughtfully introduced the complimentary laundry service and nutritious breakfast, enthusiastically recommending the hotel's flower cakes and rice noodles – they were truly delicious! The room was impeccably clean, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The smart robot delivery service was super convenient, and the room I was assigned was exceptionally quiet with a beautiful view from the window, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The best part was that the hotel was right next to Jinshan Ancient Town, a mere 2-minute walk from the shops and restaurants. And, to top it off, I could even enjoy a complimentary cup of fragrant Yunnan small-grain coffee."

"The service was so bad. We were very happy to go to the Torch Festival, but we were so disappointed. When we checked out, we started saying that the toilet belt was missing. We confirmed it repeatedly and the front desk said it was a mistake. Later, they said the charging cable was missing and needed to be charged. 50, we didn’t take it at all. The front desk staff arrogantly told us to go to the housekeeping department. It was really the worst hotel service I have ever stayed in. Later, after we left, he called and said that he had found it and would refund the money later. For us, the money was not refunded when we came back. Friends who want to stay here hope that after reading this comment, you will choose the hotel with caution. Service: ☹️"

"Overall, the hotel was decent, though the holiday price gouging was a bit much. What really stuck out was the hotel's impeccable time management – truly outstanding! 👏 First off, the indoor hot spring water was a bit murky, but at least the indoor temperature kept us from getting cold. However, the floor was incredibly slippery; both kids and adults took a tumble. When I asked a staff member if they provided complimentary drinking water, they told me to 'help myself because it's too slippery here' (talk about increasing the chances of falling!). Now, for a shout-out to the restaurant's incredibly strong sense of time! They started clearing away breakfast at 9:45 AM sharp. I mentioned to a staff member that we had just arrived and hadn't gotten any yogurt, asking if we could still have some. They agreed, and then a delivery person, looking very strict and a bit disdainful, told us, 'You absolutely cannot take this out of the restaurant; it's against regulations.' To uphold the hotel's service principles, my family and I polished off our yogurt right there in the restaurant. At precisely 10:02 AM, the restaurant staff finally served lunch. I really have to commend this hotel's exceptional time management and execution. In a family-friendly hotel like this, you truly experience a sense of punctuality that business hotels often lack. Oh, and as we were leaving, I overheard a guest asking a restaurant staff member for straws. The staff member replied, 'We're out, they've all been taken.' A child awkwardly said, 'I guess I'll just have to bite it.' It's worth mentioning that last night (Saturday), room rates were basically above 900 yuan. Just five minutes before that, I saw a staff member bring out a full container of straws for guests to choose from, only to then take the full container back to the kitchen. I must say, that action was really something – probably another principle in their hotel's time management guidelines. Now, for praise for the room service. The aunties there were so friendly! When I asked for a bag, she enthusiastically asked if I preferred paper or plastic. It truly felt like a home away from home."
