"The rooms are very nice and the environment is beautiful. Sitting on the balcony of the room, listening to birds, drinking a little wine, and admiring the lights of Lugano Lake and the mountain homes on the opposite side, it is really a treat.
The room is equipped with an electric kettle, shampoo, and shower gel. You need to bring your own dental appliances and slippers."

"酒店位置很好，就在湖邊。有行李的話，最好從火車站直接坐4路車到酒店，因為火車站在山頂，走650米下坡到山腳是酒店。
酒店前台工作人員特別好，很熱情有很周到，重點是男生很帥、女生很漂亮。
入住後問記得酒店前台要免費的公交卡，因為他們要登記訊息打印，然後就可以隨便坐公交了。
酒店早餐不錯，尤其是靠窗的位置，對着湖邊很愜意.
在盧加諾這麼美的環境下，在湖邊散散步、跟着鬆弛的人們享受陽光、入住這麼歷史悠久又好的酒店，遇見這麼美好的人，的確是很棒的體驗。"

"Beautiful, right near the lake with a restaurant and bar. Owner is lovely and takes great pride in making sure your stay is great.
Why there’s 4 stars - location is a far walk from the downtown, and there were little ants in the room. It was great for us but if you can’t handle that this wouldn’t be for you."

"В комнате из нового только телевизор. Все остальное - собрание старой ненужной мебели. Окна выходят на бар и вечером очень шумно. Общая ванная тоже не в лучшем состоянии. Расположение - до жд вокзала 2 км, остальное ближе, но Лугано в целом маленький город.
Также хотелось бы отметить некоторую холодность в приеме"

For parking, no problem, depending on how long you are staying, you can choose the hotel's one or the municipal one that is right next door 30 meters

אאיריסA luxury hotel with an ancient style, good maintenance in a public area, we stayed in the ancient building, a clean room but furniture needs updating. Breakfast is a wonderful meal but without vegetables, very limited for such a luxury hotel, the staff is great, we had dinner not so special for the prices.

GGuest UserThe apartment-style kitchen does not come with any usable kitchen utensils. You need to borrow it from the hotel for an additional fee and you cannot swipe your card. You have to pay cash in Swiss francs. If you take transportation, you need to walk up a small slope every time you enter and exit. The breakfast is good and delicious, and the service staff is very nice. Great

AAnonymous UserConvenient location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. Local bus stops just outside the train station and can get to Lugano Centro and Monte Bre easily.
The hotel is located up the slope facing the train station. There's a view of the train station from our room but it's not nosiy once the wooden doors of the balcony are closed.

AAdelIf you want to use the budget Ibis, I do not recommend it at all, as the value of money does not suit the service provided. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There is no air conditioning, and if there is an air conditioner, it is shared, and you cannot control its cold. The room temperature was 40 degrees Celsius.😠 Overall 1 of 5
But the other IBIS hotel in the same building is better but not recommended also. The hotel location very good, brackets good. Overall 2 of 5 .

Conveniently located: near bus stops, within walking distance of the supermarket migros and denner (it is worth considering that they close early enough), if you do not have time to shop, you can go to the minimarket at the gas station. There is air conditioning, a kitchen with everything you need, a table and chairs, so you can have dinner in your room. There is no TV, it is, in principle, not particularly needed. We liked everything, I recommend the hotel

KKangNot far from the Lugano train station, there is a bus directly to the city of Lugano at the doorstep, which is quite convenient. The interior of the room is older, but it is clean and air conditioned, making it quite comfortable. Breakfast costs only 10 Swiss francs, but there are fewer choices.
