We loved our stay to this hotel. We even extended for another night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has an extremely nice fitness center and free washer and dryer. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy, pretty standard. Our only complaint is the room and hallways smelled very heavy of cigarettes and smoke.

Conveniently located at the center of the city, the hotel is close to supermarkets, shopping malls and with Luckin coffee and KFC right next door. Room is always clean and tidy. The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to King City Boulevard, convenient to everything. The room is very comfortable, the bed is soft, and the facilities are complete, including high-speed wiff and smart TV. The staff are very friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The food in the restaurant is delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The whole hotel is very clean and well maintained. It is very cost-effective. I highly recommend it to any traveler who wants a comfortable experience. Christian's Hotel has the best service I have experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were universally outstanding. It was impossible to single out any one staff member for special praise as they were all excellent. We felt like welcomed friends all the time. The cleanliness and design of the hotel are also of the highest quality. The only 'negatives' I have are that there is no lobby bar. The restaurant on the 18th floor gives great views. Surely a small section of the restaurant could be converted to provide a lobby bar? The location is also nothing great. There's nothing wrong with the location, there's just nothing great about it either. It's near a subway station, so getting to attrractions is easy, but there's nothing much in the area around the hotel, no great places to eat, no attractions to take a morning or evening walk to. Those aside, we would 100% definitely stay there again.

Good place as its literally right in front of the subway entrance from where you can easily get to Longmen rail station for the HSR or the bus to Longmen Grotto's. Place is on the older side but the suite is quite spacious with a separate living room and everything worked fine. There's a few of malls with several restaurants across the street

- The location is great, just in front of a metro station, and the metro station is the one where the only 2 metro lines intersect. There are many shops and things to eat around. - The room was in general clean. However, the hotel's corridors were extremely dirty... the carpet in the corridors going to the rooms was very dirty, it looks like a vacuum cleaner is not used there since weeks ago... The mobiliary in the corridors is covered in dust as well. - The breakfast is not bad, but I found a hair in my rice... the first day there was a microwave completely covered in dust. The next day was cleaned. - The staff does not speak English at all, not a word... and they don't make the minimum effort to help you to understand what they are saying. I have stayed in many hotels in China, normally they use apps for translation to communicate with you. In this hotel, they don't even try.

As a hotel I would give it approximately between four and 4.3 stars out of five. It's not a fancy hotel but the service especially of the front desk is very good. They are very helpful and friendly. In fact they helped me with photocopying some important documents and it's not their job and they didn't charge me any money for it. The cleaning staff is very thorough and they work very hard but they can be a little loud sometimes talking to each other in the hallway. But as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk they took care of it right away. So I really appreciate that. Also, the first room they gave me didn't smell very good. It was a little musky possibly because of guests who are smokers. As soon as I mentioned it to the front desk they gave me another room which was much better. Very clean, very comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was Very warm. Also the heating system works very well. It keeps the room nice and warm in the winter. I would like to mention that the hot water shower faucet is extremely good. There's always hot water 24 hours a day to have a nice comfortable shower. I highly recommend this hotel.
