Staffs are friendly. They may not able to communicate in English but it does not the problem as they are willing to chat via translate tool. Room is clean and comfortable. 4 free water bottles in room and 2 cans of cola/sprite. Free breakfast. Free light meal during 20:30-21:30. Near Luoyang Longmen high speed station. You may hear some noise as the trains arrive the station. A convenience store close to the hotel. A bit far from luoyi old town but easy to take taxi/didi to it. Overall is it is very good hotel.

The rooms are nice and cozy. The position is convenient if you need to stay close to Longmen Railway Station or if you plan to go to Longmen Grottoes. Their breakfast is also savoury and delicious. The hotel offers tours to main nearby attractions, including the Shaolin Temple. If I were to go back to Luoyang, I would likely stay in this hotel again.

Our housekeeper Cindy has added the guests on WeChat in advance, which is great. If you need anything, you can just contact her on WeChat and she will respond quickly. This is really helpful for guests like us who have mild social anxiety and don't like to call the front desk. The room is very clean, with children's bathrobes, slippers and children's toiletries, which is very thoughtful and spacious. The view from the lake is also very good, but Henan feels a bit dry. In winter, it is recommended to prepare a humidifier. In addition, it is a bit troublesome to scan the code every day for underground parking. Let's think of a solution, haha.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

If you come to this city for tourism or business trip, you must try this treasure hotel! The hotel is in an excellent location. There is a subway station right outside the door. It is very convenient to take the subway to various attractions and stations, without worrying about transfers and traffic jams. There are also lively business districts around, shopping, eating, visiting night markets at night, and buying specialties. Walking into the hotel, the lobby is spacious and bright, the decoration is grand and warm, and there is a sense of luxury everywhere. The guest rooms are even more eye-catching. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning, TV, bathroom and other facilities are all available. It is particularly comfortable to live. During my stay, Xiao Huang from the Guest Relations Department left a deep impression on me. From checking in at the front desk, to consulting the surrounding travel guide, to helping solve small problems, Xiao Huang is always enthusiastic and patient, with a kind smile on his face, and thoughtful and meticulous service, just like a close friend around him. Whether it is a tourist relaxation or a business trip, this hotel can make you live in peace and satisfaction. I sincerely recommend it!

Great hotel, conveniently located near the train station, grottoes ans a short drive to the city. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind, and the breakfast was great. I'll be staying here again when I return to luoyang!

We booked this hotel for our family of 4. We were excited to get a family suite, but when we got here we noticed the building was a little outdated. When we got to our room, it smelled old and the carpet was dirty/old. It did not fit the $$$ that we paid for the room. I do need to mention that the staff gave us excellent service! They called in the morning to make sure we weren't missing breakfast or if we needed it delivered to our rooms. The location was excellent, close to malls and restaurants.

The room is large and new, with good sound insulation. We were upgraded for free because we arrived late. The room has smart audio control, which is very convenient. The breakfast is rich. I recommend trying the local beef soup. The front desk service attitude is very good. I recommend friends who come to Longmen Grottoes to stay here. You can rest when you come back at 7 or 8 in the evening. It is also very convenient to catch the high-speed rail. You can walk 500 meters to the high-speed rail station.

Hotel is located just beside the metro station and is close to Longmen Railway station as well, making city exploration convenient. Service were excellent too from staff like Judy He, who handled the check-in and out attentively and smoothly.

Facilities: The hotel is very new, the charging piles are full of supporting facilities, downstairs is the hotel's own barbecue night stall, the taste is not bad. Hygienic: Cleaned very clean, stayed for four nights, cleaned the bathroom set every day and replaced it with a new one. Environment: Next to the office building, there are few people and quiet, so the surrounding hotel supermarket is a bit far away, one kilometer away, to drive, far from the scenic spot, basically take a taxi for half an hour Service: The service is still very good, the charging cable forgot the hotel, the front desk lady sent it back, like 👍🏻
