The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

The hotel also provided a shuttle from Luoyang Longmen High-speed Railway Station to the hotel, giving guests the greatest convenience. Every department and every employee of the hotel is particularly conscientious, from getting off the car and opening the door to every step of the hotel, including checking whether the room is missing after leaving the hotel, they are all in place! The hotel has a super variety of breakfasts, which makes you unable to choose. It is suitable for guests of all tastes and requirements. The beef soup is authentic, and the beef is unlimited. I think I don’t need to go to a small shop outside to eat beef soup. If I want to go to Luoyang again, maybe it’s because I still want to stay in this hotel.

The service of this hotel is not just to solve the problems or requests you raise, but also to take the initiative to pay attention to what needs the guests may have. Seeing that you are wearing glasses, they will give you a lens cloth. Seeing that you like to make tea in the room, they will give you 2L of Yibao. When you are having breakfast and find that you don’t have anything to drink, they will come over and ask you if you want something to drink and then bring it to you. After checking in, they will put your ID card in a card holder and hand it to you. This hotel is really attentive to the details of the service. I have stayed in many mid- to high-end hotels, and Christine is the first one with such attentive service. The dust cover of their wine glasses says ”Specialized perfection, almost demanding”. They really do this. I am very glad that I chose Christine among so many hotels in Luoyang. Next time I come to Luoyang, I will still choose here!

Conveniently located at the center of the city, the hotel is close to supermarkets, shopping malls and with Luckin coffee and KFC right next door. Room is always clean and tidy. Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.

I stayed for two consecutive days and I really like this hotel. It has a good location and there are two large shopping malls across the street. The service is super good, from the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants, the service is first-class, the staff are well-trained, especially the elevator service, there are special staff to help swipe the card. There are also souvenirs for check-in. The food city on the second floor exceeded my expectations. It is simply great. All meals are full, cheap and delicious. The chefs and service staff are very serious. In short, every aspect of the hotel makes guests feel warm. Five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou should learn from this hotel.

I came to Luoyang with two children and two elderly people, and I was lucky to choose the National Treasure Primus Hotel. The hotel has complete facilities, humanized management, and strong service awareness in all aspects, especially the administrative director Xiao Han, who came in and out to help with luggage and delivery. When we arrived at the room, as the host, we thoughtfully provided travel information and precautions. We prepared water, masks, and bows for us every day when we went out. This became part of our professionalism. In this highly competitive service field, details determine success or failure! The other service staff in the hotel are also very friendly. Cinemas and gyms are all available. Hotel accommodation became a highlight of this trip to Luoyang. The breakfast is very good, with both Chinese and Western options.

This lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and a little far from the old town, about 30 minutes by taxi. The facilities are very new, the service is thoughtful, there are fruits, snacks, and milk for free in the evening, there are many varieties of breakfast, and there are cars to pick up and drop off when arriving and leaving. The overall feeling is good and worth staying.
