Friendliest people we met in switzerland! Helped us to find parking lot and give tips to move around. Lobby has apple for guests, room size is big for a city hotel. Next to train station. Only down side is noisy from the street

Receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. Room was small, light bulb spoiled in the other part of the room and wasn't replaced. Coffee and tea bags provided. Bathroom was very small. Lift was very old and small. Can only fit 1 pax and a luggage each time. No frills hotel. Enjoyed the proximity to the train station, old town and the lake.

The room facilities are OK, clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the train station, there are supermarkets around, and life is convenient. It is very close to the attractions. The service attitude of the front desk staff is good.

The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. The location of the hotel is a little far from the station. Very friendly staff, gave my daughter a welcome gift when checking in, she liked it very much. When we checked out, they helped me bring the luggage when they saw me with my daughter alone. The room is warm and comfortable, the room size is also suitable, the water and drinks in the mini bar are free, and the hotel also gave free bus coupons to tour the city. Our whole family likes this hotel very much.

The room is relatively small, and many hotels in Switzerland do not have air conditioning. Fortunately, the room faces the lake, and I feel very good when I wake up in the morning. The breakfast restaurant also faces the lake, and it is very pleasant to look at the distant mountains!

This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in in Europe. This is a real four-star hotel. Many four-star hotels in Europe are about the same level as three-star hotels in China. My room is newly renovated, spacious, well-planned, and has a good view. Snacks are delivered every day. The service staff are also very cute.
