Less than 5 minutes walk from train station. Clean and spacious room with bottled water provided. Friendly staff at reception

Hotel was located near the Lucerne station and easily accessible. Also a short walk to chapel bridge and old town. There is a dining area where you can have your meals and also provides coffee and tea 24/7. However, the television does not have any English channels and the tap water is cold. There is hot water for bathing but it doesn’t last long.

Hotel location not far from Luzern train station. 5 minutes walk. Also not far from Chapel bridge. Hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Found a long hair on the bed under the duvet. Other than that, all was perfect. Breakfast was basic.

Great location by the train station. Very convenient. Staff was nice. Didn’t have a view from the room but otherwise was pleasant stay.
