It's worse than a budget hotel. It's just a hotel in an office building. The lobby looks OK, but the room is in the opposite building. The toilet in the room has a peculiar smell. The room is clean and sanitary. The breakfast is also average. I thought that a newly built hotel would not be too bad, but the experience was really bad. And the price is really not worth it.
