"Service: First, the hotel had a lot of luggage. My wife had to get the luggage cart herself, and no one offered to help! Cleanliness: The bath towels had yellow stains on them, yet they still gave them to us! The towels were tiny. The sofa was stained and dirty. I was too tired to check the bed before taking a picture, to avoid being accused of sleeping on it. The room was not soundproof! Not soundproof! Not soundproof! Any movement from upstairs or next door was clearly audible. We were exhausted from our trip and couldn't rest at all. The worst part was that there was a KTV on the 9th floor below, and it was noisy all night! The elevators were a mess. They shared elevators with other office building KTVs, and there were always drunk people at night. Also, the hotel's so-called 16th floor was actually just the 14th floor displayed on the elevator, making it easy to get confused and take the wrong elevator. Oh, and the so-called city view room had a balcony, but there was absolutely no privacy! It was better not to have one. There was trash everywhere! Only one receptionist saw a child with whom I had a baby and provided the child with slippers and a toothbrush. They also offered a complimentary breakfast, which I didn't try, so I won't comment on it. Overall, the management was chaotic. The lobby was a mixed bag; I felt like I was in a karaoke bar. There was absolutely no service. It's absurd that this kind of hotel can charge over 700 yuan a night in Luzhou!"

"1️⃣ There were two receptionists at check-in. One was very attentive, communicating with the lady next to her about check-in procedures. The receptionist I was assigned didn't say a word to me the entire time, and was completely cold. 2️⃣ The elevators were very old. There seemed to be many, but some didn't stop. During the National Day holiday, it was crowded, and you had to wait at least ten minutes to go up or down a floor. 3️⃣ I arrived early at 3 PM and was assigned a last room. Okay, I won't say anything, but this room was interesting. The lights outside other rooms turned on after everyone else checked in, but the light sign outside our room wasn't working and wasn't fixed. Before I even got up in the morning, the cleaning lady thought no one was in the room and just swiped her card to enter. Luckily, there was a hallway, otherwise, wouldn't everyone have been seen naked? Okay, once is one thing, but around 11 AM, just as I was getting ready to leave, the cleaning lady suddenly swiped her card and entered without any warning. It scared me to death! Did I break some kind of law? 4️⃣ Twice in a row, my door was inexplicably broken into. Frustrated, I called the front desk (the number was on the bedside table). The first call went unanswered. After trying another number, I explained the situation, but the front desk staff were completely unmoved, offering no apology. They simply said, "I'll check for you," and hung up. For the next half hour before checkout, I waited for a response, but even today, October 9th, I haven't heard back. They didn't say a word when I checked out. Unbelievable! Big hotels bully their customers. Good hotels should be like this. Excellent! 👍 A real honor for Luzhou! During the seven-day National Day holiday, I stayed in a different hotel every day, and this was the most outrageous one. Avoid this hotel! Those who enjoy being treated coldly are in luck! Those who like being ignored are lucky! Stay here, and the front desk won't say a word to you!"
